Here is the latest from R. Jimenez. This guy is a total con artist, has stolen from lord only knows how many and now look at the email we received from a Miami attorney this afternoon:

Gentlemen:

I have been retained to represent Rene Jimenez and the above companies.

Mr Jimenez has informed me that you have made several postings, created blogs, and illegally hacked into his corporate infra structure over the internet. You have also contacted via e-mail in an unsolicited manner
several clients, investors, employees and acquaintances of Mr. Jimenez's
clients. Your statements are nothing but malicious, slanderous lies.

It should be noted that from your own admission in e-mail you are neither a client nor represent in any legal right or capacity any past or present client or vendor. Therefore, these statements are all slanderous and
false.

Yesterday we received an additional unsolicited chat from you via Yahoo
Messenger that indicates that our corporate infrastructure of e-mails and data bases have been compromised illegally. This will be reported
immediately to both Yahoo Messenger Service, and the FBI's Miami Internet Task Force.

We would urge you to immediately cease and decist all contacts with Mr. Rene Jimenez, his companies, employees and clients with slanderous
statements. We would also urge you to take down the Carreraecommerce blog spot immediately, as it is utilizing an unauthorized image of Mr. Jimenez from a picture stolen via a reported hack from his personal computer files
and his corporate logo of Carreraecommerce, a trademark protected name.

Please be advised that if the above mentioned blogs and fake comments on
Rip-off Report are not eliminated immediately via a written retraction, we will pursue under the full extent of the law all cases of hacking, illegal activity done against our web servers, employee threats and harrassment of
our clientele.

If you comply with the above directives, Mr. Jimenez will forego all civil and criminal remedies currently being considered against you.

To Steve's report. I am one of the people Rene hired to do work at steve's place. I never completed work cause i wasn't payed as promised for prior projects. I can personally tell you that Steve is a straight up Stand up person and I am sadden that he is a victim of Rene's Stories. I have currently pressed civil chargeson rene to get paid on the work I have done on other projects Rene from bfclosure had sent me too.
Freelance Techs!! Don't do any work for this guy. HE will tell you that friday you will get paid.Not true. He only pays by paypal. The few payment i recieved were from friend of his that didnt even know what they were paying me for. Everyone is always surprised.

He drives rentals and will claim that his car is at a train yard. Work long enough with his and you will see that his stories will cross.
