TiffanyJewelry.us tiffanyjewelry.us sold me a cheap knockoff bracelet said to be authentic Tiffany & Co. jewelry Nationwide Internet

I have to agree with others who have reported this company, stating that the company's website seems legit. It has the return policy, FAQ's, even customer testimonials. It actually says that the merchandise sold on this website are authentic Tiffany & Co. items. When the item was shipped, I opened the box to notice Chinese writing on the invoice. I was under the assumption that this company was based out of the United States. I have authentic Tiffany & Co. jewelry, so I'm very aware of what the box, scripts, and how everything is supposed to look like.

To make a long story short, when I opened the box, I was furious. Fake box, fake bag, fake Tiffany writing, a BROKEN item, with Fake Tiffany & Co jewelry. Since February 15, 2008, I have been trying to contact this company. Via email, via their sales department who sent me the receipt of purchase - but NO RESPONSE. I have gone on their website, using the "Enquiry" 24 hour response system, but I have yet to receive a response. I also want their website shutdown!
