I wanted to buy pdf converter software for my Mac OS X. I was attracted to an ad that advertised a pdf converter for $11.95. I followed the site instructions, gave my credit card number expectiing to pay $11.95. To my horror, I received a message that I had been charged $65.68.
I stopped the download process and sent Interactive Brands a fax explaining that I had made a mistake. Interactive Brands never replied and went ahead and charged my Credit Card.
