If anyone is unsure whether this company is a ripoff, my experience should solidify the answer.
My ex husband shut our phone off in September. We had absolutley no phone service whatsoever. Somehow, this company managed to get a charge posted onto the outstanding phone bill in November. Obviously, since we didn't have the phone service, we didn't use the number to subscribe to anything online so that contradicts William's theory.
