One day my husband and I walked in a Kroger grocery store in Westland, Mi and a man talked so wonderful about this company and how cheap their picture packages were. We paid him cash that day and we were set up for a date in Novi, Mi to take our pictures at a Meijer. On October 9th, 2007 we returned to pick up our pictures and the sales women for the company offered us a package that cost over $300.00 dollars. My husband and I loved the package because we were receiving a oil canvas, and we were told that it will be arriving to us by UPS before thanksgiving. Today on December 10, 2007 we have still not received our pictures. I have contacted this company over 6 or more times and even the store manager at Meijer. I have been told that my pictures had not even been started on, that I was number 41 and they were on number 34, I even spoke to a supervisor name Patrick who took my name and information at one time & said he will be contacting me with information on my order, and he never contacted me, I was told he was out sick when I contacted them back after days later. I am now being told by Melissa and Patrick who are supervisor's for this company that my order is not late because of the date that was on my check, they have up til December 17, 2007 to get my order to me. When I ordered my picture the sales women told me that United Studios had different payment methonds and the one we took was we wrote two checks, paid half of the money right then and the other check would be dated for two weeks after. United Studios has cashed both of our checks. My husband no longer wanted to deal with this company and asked for a refund of our money, and even after all this time and mistake on the part of United Stuidos they told us that we are not entitiled to a refund because their company don't give them.

How can customers go into a business and be told one thing and the business is not living up to want their business suppose to be based on?

As customer we will never refer this picture studio to anyone, and for customer's who use this company, I would say please research and find a business that will provide great customer service for your money.
