I saw other posts about this clown on ripoffreport.com and had to add my own. I don't want to get into the dollars, but he NEVER delivers on what he promises. When you call him on it there are constantly excuses, or he tries to convince you that in reality he HAS done the work.
When pressed harder, his, kid is always sick, he hurt his knee, his phone service was out, he is "traveling" and will get back to you.....the excuses never end. He never pays with a check (no bank account, or at least no funds in it) and lives via Paypal. Paypal tells us much comes in......and leaves almost as quickly...usually to an account in the Dominican Republic.
Right now I doubt he has a dozen clients left as most have gotten smart, but if you can find one, tell them, ask them, or warn them.....then everyone run as fast as you can from this guy as he is a cancer.

He is now in the foreclosure biz. I was hired to do some tech work for some clients he left hanging. I find out that they had paid him a very long time ago and I'm comming to make good on the promises. Well, he never paid me. And I was out over $5000!!
He is running a company now called BFclosure.com and already has reports on the website. He has used the same excuses that you wrote on your filing.
Stay away from Rene.
