I was new to the area and wanted to meet some nice guys, so I thought well this would be a good place, quality people with background checks. I went in to listen to the speil and proceeded to nogogiate an amount which started at 7K btw.
She settled on $2500 which was still alot of money after I found out what I got out of the deal. I got the photo shoot and profile set up. I was excited to start meeting new cleancut guys. I chose several and to my dismay all turned me down or were on an inactive stage. Very frustrated I called and said this is not what it seemed and I want my money back a week later. She said we can't do that but be patient guys will start responding to you.
Eight months later and three have responded, one I went on a date and he just wanted friendship and the other a casual encounter The other was twenty years too young.
They promised alot of singles activities to meet people and there have been two scheduled for the whole year. I am certainly not in the league of the financially wealthy which I'm sure these guys want someone in their category.
I asked them for a new photo shoot and re-do my profile and they said to come in. I don't believe this would even happen because these folks are strictly in it for themselves. I would be more than happy to at least get half of my money back and keep others from being taken advantage like me as I'm struggling to make ends meet.
I want this company to be put out of business. BTW, I'm still alone but have been dating on a free site.

The TV Interview

The TV interview went well. I was able to say everything I wanted to.
The whole report that aired lasted about 4mins, and covered everything that needed to be said.
From what I'm told, a lot of people have sent in e-mails to the TV station with similar stories.
Sorry to say that there will be no more follow up do to legal costs on my end.

Wow, must be nice to be a struggling single Mom and have $2500. to spare to pay to meet a man. Don't even try to play the single Mom card if you have money to waste on you might or might not meet men.

Kind Of Odd

You state you're "a single mom, struggling to make ends meet" yet you have $2,500 to blow on dating service? You stated they started at $7k and you "nogogiated" them down to $2,500. Maybe you were hoping to find someone to "assist" you in your struggles? Maybe you'll have better luck on the free sites but it'll be kind of hard to find a highroller on a free site.

I'd like to see some true exposure of this rip off company in Texas.

Holly,
Sorry to hear about your experience.
The good news is that I've been asked to go to Boston next week for a TV interview. The station is doing a story about Great Expectations and how they are ripping people off.
