IGXE - Fannzi International Group IGXE not only stole my money they just lie all the time and don't answer any question when i contact them via they live support online or phone Ripoff Wilmington Delaware

I order a service from them which is power leveling service which i read recently that is not a service support by any online game company, in my case it was for the online game city of heroes.

I pay them $215.99 with a us postal money order send to address shown in the information and i even have proof of my delivery confirmation which says it was delivered: The delivery confirmation number can be checked on (((Redacted)))

The problem here its after i checked and marked deliver i ask them to let me know when the payment is on ther hands and 2 weeks and a half they always came with the same story that we havent received your money but dont worry soon after we do we will contact you..

I ask them which person is the responsible for receiving the mail they just dont reply that, the large number of live chatting i have with some of their representatives they always say, our manager will come in 12 hours and gonna let us know and contact you.

Guest what? their manager never contact me, one time i send them via fax all the info to see if they finally can find my money order payment and what i get via email is the most disrepecting thing i ever get in all of my transactions online. They just reply me back with the same information to send them the money order like the 1st time i order for them, so this tell me what kind of irresponsible people they are

IGXE just dont rip off my money they lie to me all the time then never contact me because they just stole my money: I even send them copies of the delivery confirmation and money order via fax and they just say the same

I imagine to the paypal and credit card buyers they dont do the same because of the trouble they can get but with money orders they just play the hidden and mystery game which have me in a sad and bad mood because of there bad faith

I will like justice on this bad faith people because the 1st time i found this site is searching about them and now i see another person reports them too after i send the payment to them

   We received your order infromation on 2007-07-27 .Usually the payment may arrive to us within 7 business days after we got your order information .But the cheque to be later than expected for some problem of mailing. So we start to deal your order on 2007-08-15,and we finished it on 2007-08-27 .Otherwise, we sent several mails to you to report the order status in process. We never received any notification of dissatisfaction directly since we have already finished your order .
   Please double check your  game account status .We hope that you may contact with the Internet Crime Complaint Center to cancel this complaint.

I dont know now how to feel about this i wrote hear, the comment that i saw here scared me to death and i feel bad at the same time:
