Six Apart ,LiveJournal : false advertising, breach of contract, possible fraud? San Francisco California

SixApart's blogging website, LiveJournal.com, has committed breach of contract and has broken California state law by not notifying users of many changes to the Terms of Service (TOS) for the site.

LiveJournal.com's management has also committed breach of contract with users who signed up for paid or permanent accounts under the displayed Terms of Service, which contradict actual practice in regard to banning journals for objectionable content. LiveJournal.com's "Abuse" staff is also biased, bigoted against depictions of male homosexuality, unresponsive to complaints about racist and bigoted communities, and unprofessional. LiveJournal is also absolutely unresponsive to consumer complaints, causing users to resort in desperation to a mass protest campaign in hopes of being heard.
