Dear Sir's.
Litton Loan Servicing out of 4828 Central Dr Houston,Texas 77081 www.littonloan.com has scammed us since they ended up with our mortgage.
They are very rude and dishonest. They lie and are very cruel people. They have added very high insurance rates to our mortgage and you never get to stay on the phone line with one represenative it is always let me put you through to someone else. They have not posted our payments on time and then they keep adding late charge fees and they have also messed our credit ratings up to make our credit look bad so we cannot get out from under their mortgage and insurance scams.
Always a letter of threat of forecloser.
My now deceased mother and wife are on the mortgage. My mother battled over the phone with the crooks two days before her death to lower our mortgage payments before her death and they agreed to $409.00 a month which they now deny.
My wife called and she talked to 5 different people witch gave her 5 different stories. They were very, very rude.
My mother Lucy E Miller now deceased was drove to the grave by dealing with this crooked-evil-company out for the Almighty dollar.
They sent us two different letters saying #1. We owe over $1700.00 and #2 the other over $1300.00 on just late charges both can't be right and my wife Ramona today called and they say $1500.00 or better. They can't keep their figures straight.
They cannot conduct business in a proper decent manner and are mis-managing accounts and they could careless.
Me and my wife has been married 18 years and I have lived on this land for 35 years and Litton Loan owned by Larry Litton is screwing and foreclosing on people left and right and the law is turning their heads. I refuse to leave.

This is a qualified written request under section 6 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act {RESPA}.
I am writting because: Concerning above loan number. I believe my account with Litton Loan Servicing has been mis-managed by Litton Loan Servicing Employess. On March 30-2006 I receive two envelopes claiming two totally different figures on how much the late charges are. Then I call a Litton employee that tells me a totally different figure than the contradicted other figures so we have 3 contradicted figures and all cannot be right. Also being rude is no way to treat customers.
I believe my payments to Litton has not been posted on time after Litton receives them by quick collect Western Union only to cause bogus late fees to go sky high. My credit has been damaged because of mis-management of my account that is Litton Employees fault.
I have notified an attorney. When I contact Litton Loan Servicing about my account I get a total run-around and several different opinions concerning my account and have been treated very rude.
I am requesting a detailed account of ever transaction that has taken place with my account since it has been managed by Litton Loan Servicing. I understand that under section 6 of RESPA you are required to Acknowledge my request within 20 business days and must resolve the request within 60 business days.

You hit the nail right on the head about Litton Predatory Loan Servicing.
As bad as we hated to we went a Chapter 13 for 48 months to stop Litton from screwing us.When the 48 months are expired if need be we will file again with Litton.
I believe before our chapter 13 is released in 48 months Litton will be gone as their employee's.
Class Action Law suits are filed against Litton and our bankruptcy Lawyer says most every client of his their mortgages have been diseased by Litton Predatory Fraud servicing.He assures me their days are coming to an end very soon as Litton employee's jobs.In 4 years they all will be in prison so if you work there better pack your bags for prison or quit now the FBI and Hud Government and many Lawyers are after you.Enjoy your time in prison and I hope they put you in a cell with someone you screwed so they can return the favor.

I was just reading thru the many ridiculous complaints against those mutts Litton. This individual stated that Litton was charging inspections fees on a regular basis.
Yeah they tried to pull that bullsh** with too. They charged me 10 or 15 dollars and stated that an inspector came by to see if the property was lived in. I said, "Oh, you actually sent someone from Houston, TX to inspect my property in Los Angeles, CA?" Litton's Rep said, "No, they don't have to be from Texas. We have independent inspectors who can drive by." Of course any person with an IQ of a ostrich would go for that!!
I treat Litton how they treat others. Once I make my payment by Quick Collect, I call 5 minutes later to see if they have received it. It only takes the push of a buttom from western union for them to receive it. Any other nonsense from them saying that they didn't get it until 10 days later is Bullsh**. They are just lazy and let days go by without picking up or downloading the transmission. If they say they didn't get it, guess what? I call 2-3 times a day until they say they have received it which normally does not go past 2 days.
I also record every phone call I have with Litton and politely forward it to the Law Firm in which I am working with. Litton has chosen the wrong person to pray on. I am one year away from receiving my Doctorate Degree and have siblings and family members that are Financial Analyst, Math Teachers, and FBI employees and also have a Best Friend that is an Attorney.
Yes Litton's days are numbered. I couldn't believe how many Law Firms are going after Litton. In my opinion, any loan company that has to purchase business from another lender has no credibility. Why do they have to constantly buy loans from others? That shows that they can't get business on their own perhaps.
Also, take a good look/listen to their employees. Half of them speak ebonics and it seems like all of them have to say hold on so much so they can ask their co-workers for answers. Not once has a Litton employee answered on of my questions with just what they have in front of them on the computer screen. It's always hold on a minute ma'am, I'll be right back. And here they come with still an inaccurate solution or the wrong figures.
If anyone reading this report works for Litton Loan Servicing, guess what? Fu** your entire company and all it's sorry employees and go to HELL. Too bad airplanes ran into the Twin Towers instead on Litton Loans!!

Thank you for telling Gee-Gee Litton Employee Off. Not one customer of Litton's is happy about how the conduct business. They are a Predatory Mortgage Fraud Company that prey's on widows and low income and elderly people. You are right the business owner Larry Litton and all employees will not only rot in Hell but burn eternally to.
Ignorance is Litton Loan's weapon against honest hard working bill paying people. A name to remembered at Litton Loan is Louis Martinez a very crooked Litton Employee.
hud.gov has sent them a complaint on our behalf and they must show a detailed account of every transaction that has been made since they have been {so-called} servicing our account which I know they cannot nor will produce.I have filed with every state agency and government offical possible daily and continue to do so as my lawyer is working with hud.gov
They say we owe ten years but research shows we only owe 10 years. You can send in your payment 3 days before the due date via quick collect western union and they still post your payment as being received 10 days or longer late only to add high dollar late fees to your account and then they send threatening letters of forecloser ect.... It will be a cold day in hell before they get the land I have lived on since 1971 for 35 years.
They scam you on insurance and late fee's ect and they will not respond to the Government's {RESPA Request} Oh I think their days are numbered and they will very soon be Head-Line News in America.

Gee-Gee...where do you get off saying that people are not responsible. Do you see how many people complain about sorry as- litton? This is no coincidence. Every single complaint sounds exactly the same except for yours. Litton has plenty of unhappy customers and to me you do sound like an employee. I know because Litton has place unnessary insurance on my account like they do so many people. They do this after being sent insurance declarations 3 and 4 times. Now if they honest and said that they have misplaced the insurance documents, that would be a different story. But no, they just take it upon themselves to place the most expensive insurance on the property.
Those predators are not going to fool me like they did you. And if you are an employee of Litton, you will rot in hell like the rest of them. In a matter of time, they will be going down!!!! And guess what I'll be doing when it happens? I'll be smokin' a fat cigar,laughing and celebrating at the same time.
You're the only one on this site that wants to stick up for Litton. That really shows your character. ANd on top of that, you have the nerve to say "God Bless"! What type of Bullsh*t is that. How about lookin for another job if you work for Litton, because they won't be around much longer after they pay out numerous class action settlements. I don't care if I don't receive a dime out of the settlement money. I just want them to pay out millions if not billions and burn in Hell!

Please try to have an open mind as you read this, because if you are just angry and have taken a solid stance, no amount of intelligent reasoning will get through.
My loan was sold to Litton years ago. I maintain insurance on my property, as ANY lender would require, and I pay my mortgage in a timely manner. If I did not maintain insurance or were deliguent even one month, I would expect the company to start collection/foreclosure/penalties/added fees/interest/attorney involvement and therefore attorney's fees. I know all this, so I avoid it by doing what I contractually obligated myself to in the beginning. I cannot imagine any other mortgage company, or lender treating me any differently if I were to not pay, or not maintain insurance.
Instead of saying how greedy they are and how they are just making money, blah, blah, blah. Think about this, when you bought your house, you did not have the thousands of dollars that the seller wanted for it. Litton, or any other mortgage company let you BORROW this money...they BOUGHT this house to let you live there. In return you agree to give them back the money plus whatever interest you agreed on. You also agreed to keep insurance on the property, either on your own or through their company. If you chose to let them do it, and now they do and charge you to take care of it, well.... they are taking care of it...all they ask you to do is pay for the service. You can not expect them to give you thousands of dollars and now require you to insure and item that is acting as collateral. After all you have possession of the item that they have paid for. It is not as though you they have possession until you pay it off, and they can therefore proetect their investment.
I pay on time and I keep insurance on my property, and I have no problems. I am probably below the national poverty level, but I do not spend beyond my means and therefore, I am not completely bogged down in debt, and I could turn to other (credit) resources should I be out of work for months. It is not the mortgage companies' fault if you do not live up to your responsibilites, or manage the rest of your life and finances responsibly.
There is a saying, "The truth only hurts if it is supposed to". Take a good look at yourself (or the person whose loan you have inherited) before firing back at me please. Unfortunately people don't like to take responsiblity for their own actions, or inaction. May God richly bless you all!
