Brandon Hall, one of the key players from PCI days is now leading a new scam operation called Global Royalties. Rumour has it that his old mentor, Diko Katcherian, is contributing to this effort. The nature of the scam has changed very little from PCI days. Still touting a fourtune to be made selling gem stones to the Arabs. If you are researching this type of investment strategy for the first time: don't do it! If you are one of the many still looking to Diko and friends - here they are. Take a look at the website.

David Brook

AUTHOR: bill - (Afghanistan)

POSTED: Friday, March 20, 2015

David Brook has been with all the past scam companies mentioned here and is probaly a ring leader. He seems to work with a companie and steals their names and moves on. He was at Global for quite some time. Global has closed and my internet searches show he is with Geoff Black at Griffin and Highbury Inc selling overpriced diamonds. So if you are looking for these guys go to Griffin and Highbury.

Global Royalties receives court order

AUTHOR: Brandon - (Canada)

POSTED: Thursday, July 31, 2008

I am Brandon Hall. President of Global Royalties Ltd.. Global Royalties Ltd. is a family owned enterprise, which has been in business for over 35 years. Contrary to the posting herein, there is no relationship between Global Royalties Ltd., myself and Mr. Diko Khatcherian with whom the writer had a grievance.

Spencer Sullivan, the writer of this message, has now apologized for his posting and a message confirming that his message is untrue is attached to this site.

In order to clear my name and the name of Global Royalties Ltd., I commenced a lawsuit in Canada against Xcentric Ventures LLC, the owners of Rip-Off Report.com. A copy of the claim was sent to Rip-Off Report.com and to their lawyers.

On June 16, 2008, a judgment was rendered against Rip-Off Report.com requiring them to pay damages and requiring them to remove all references to Global Royalties Ltd. and myself from their website.

So far, the owners of Rip-Off Report.com have continued to ignore the Court Order and have continued to allow misinformation to be published, despite knowing that the information is false.

POSTED: Thursday, March 06, 2008

I wish to retract the statements posted by myself on March 27, 2006, June 8, 2006 and June 16, 2006. They were false and misleading statements.

I confirm that I have had no financial or other dealings of any kind with Global Royalties, Ltd. and have no reason to believer that Global Royalties is not an honest and reputable business. I acknowledge that legal issues that I have with Diko Khatcherian, PCI, Nedalia, and Crown Equity are not in any way connected with Brandon Hall or Global Royalties, Ltd. I apologize to Global Royalties Ltd and Brandon Hall for mistakenly associating them with these businessess and individuals.

I confirm that I have requested that Rip-Off Report.Com remove my posting as my posting is false but Rip-Off Report.com has to date refused to do so.

PCI

AUTHOR: Brandon - (Canada)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 23, 2007

I am Brandon Hall. I am the President of Global Royalties Limited. Global Royalties Limited is a family owned business which has been operating since my father formed the company in 1972.

Global Royalties Limited has no connection with PCI or Diko Khatcherian.

Liam is mistaken when he suggests that Global Royalties Ltd. is somehow connected with PCI or Diko Khatcherian in his posting.

I have contacted Liam and he advises me that he has attempted to remove the posting that he made from this website. Unfortunately, he has been unsuccessful in doing so. Through my lawyers I am taking steps to remove the posting above as it is untrue and unfair.

Global Royalties Ltd. is a well respected firm with no consumer complaints. I would welcome any concerned consumers to contact me to discuss this matter further.

Global Royalties Continued Legal Actions

AUTHOR: Spencer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 16, 2006

I have once again been threatened by Global Royalties legal representative, Richard Worsfold. He has asked me to refrain from any mention of Global Royalties or Brandon Hall on the pages of ripoffreport.com. (I would appreciate it if anyone who dealt with Brandon Hall when he was a PCI employee add commentary to this site - I am sure he is a fine person). Mr. Worsfold also objected to my suggestion that anyone researching gemstone investment opportunities should have a conversation with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Commercial West Crime Section (Updated contact: Sgt Frank Koenig, tel. 905-876-9500). I would think that any upstanding commercial operation could bear the scrutiny of a crime unit without any issue.

Global Royalties Legal Action

AUTHOR: Spencer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 08, 2006

Global Royalties' legal representative, a Mr. Richard Worsfold (Basman Smith LLP), has sent me a letter threatening legal action regarding earlier RipOff Report postings relating to Brandon Hall and Global Royalties.

In response to that request, I am stating that I have no information that would indicate that Global Royalties is following anything but the best of business practices. However, I would also state that my prior experience with two of the individuals involved with Global Royalties - Diko Khatcherian and David Brooks - has been less than honourable. I have bad checks worth thousands of dollars from both of those individuals. According to the RCMP, this is fraudulence.

Once again, this fraudulent activity was not relatd to Global Royalties. Anyone considering gemstones as an investment should thoroughly research the opportunity just as one would for any stock or real estate investment.

Part of that research should include a call to RCMP Commercial crime unit: Catherine McCrory & Staff Sergeant Greg Gard (905-876-9597)
