Mike Adams of Webseed.com (AKA SearchEngineVisibility.com) claims that for $695.00 he will improve your search engine ranking, guaranteeing his customers top-10 positions in the sixteen most popular search engines for any keywords you choose. This is an outright lie! Mr. Adams has no way of guaranteeing this and all he is going to do is take your money and run! Rest assured that no one can guarantee this and anyone who says that they can is a "Big Fat Liar" and needs to be exposed for the "Con Artist" that they really are.
Mr. Adams also sells some Spam software or mass email software as he calls it for $495.00 or $985.00 for the deluxe "Phishing" version at arialsoftware.com This software is the "Tools of the Trade" for any internet / email "Scam Artist".
After doing a little more research on this chap I uncovered that Mike Adams claims to be the primary content contributor of the largest health content network on the Internet (Truth Publishing AKA NewTarget.com) Mr. Adams claims to have been chronically diseased where at the age of 30, he claims that he was "nearly" obese, diabetic, depressed and headed towards certain misery as another casualty of organized medicine and prescription drugs. However Mr. Adams post no medical proof that can backup any of his story. Mr. Adams claims that in trying to learn how to improve his health, he stumbled across a world of "little-known information" about disease prevention that put him on a whole new journey towards perfect human health (and another way for this scamartist to make a fast buck over the internet).
Mr. Adams calls his Health advise the Health Intelligence Files and he offers these E-Files for $995.00 or as he say's the cost for one day stay in the hospital. Mr. Adams says his Health Intelligence Files are worth thousands of dollars but the E-files are not actually printed books and according to Mr. Adams "aren't quite finished yet" so he's letting people have them now for only $299.00
Even though Mike Adams is not a Medical Doctor he operates a string of fake health advice websites which include NewsTarget.com, HoodiaFactor.com, EmergingFuture.com, SpamAnatomy.com, VitaminFactor.org, CounterThink.com, HealthFactor.info, JunkScience.info, BrainHealthNews.com, LowCholesterolDiets.DietsLink.com, PublicHealthNews.org, PharmaWatch.info, HomeToxins.com, PoisonPantry.org, DepressionFactor.org & ConsumerWellness.org just to name a few.
Are you starting to get the picture of how dangerous this man is? If you have had any contact or you have been burned by this con man you need to contact the FTC or your local authorities so that they can put this man behind bars and stop him from ripping any more people off with his scams over the internet.

The original complaint is extremely emotional, and uses fine tactics like "name calling". I see nothing presented that I have been able to verify or really have a problem with.
His email marketing software is definitely NOT intended for use by spammers, in fact Mike Adams has been involved in anti-spam compaigns.
Between that and this poster's comments about WebSeed, I believe I can accurately assume his/her knowledge of technical computer software is low. One must also consider that just because you can build a pipe bomb, this isn't an intention behind selling pipes to people.
Moving on, I've also been depressed, diseased, and suicidal in the past, and you know what? I wasn't thinking about objectively documenting my misery for proof of how far I'd come later on when I was healthy. Why should he offer proof anyhow when you can simply try so much of *what he offers you for free*? Some people discredit him for perpetuating a notion that drinking more water would cure AIDS. Silly people, is it really going to hurt you to drink more water? Where is this "scammer" making the quick buck from that?
What this really sounds like to me is one, embittered person who probably made some stupid mistakes and/or assumptions and is now blaming someone else. Lots of those people around.

The Real Question

Quick note about being an MD: If you take a look at the requirment for an MD there is almost no training on nutrition. (check the med schools' syllabus).
Anyone engaging in their own legit/detailed study can quickly become far more qualified than most MD's. Case in point --- meet any FAT doctors lately??
I have been a reader of the newstarget site and have seen the other sites although I do not frequent them. Interestingly in my attempts to find information to discredit Mike as part of my own skepticism/research. This was all I found. I was certainly impressed just by that fact.
Oddly enough it is my appreciation of skepticism that brought me to Mike's site to the first place. Skepticism in our lifestyle of fast food/larthargy/pain and giving our 50 yr old parents and early funeral in a "nursing" (pre funeral) home because they are of no functional use to society.
I have purchased one Ebook which I was satisfied with and another which I found non informative simply because the information was also posted throughout Mike's articles and asked for a refund. I received one in hours. I understand your concern about being ripped off over the interet since it is so commone both on and off line. Consider though the following.
I was really introduced to health issues in my martial arts class because it showed me just how not well tuned my body was. Because of that influence I have become a vegetarian and have expierenced a dramatic increase in overall health. Much of the information I have found to make these changes (which believe me were NOT easy) came directly from newstarget. Infact there was nobody in my class that has ever heard of the site, but the information I learn there and from the site have a coorelation of about 90%. I couldn't believe it, and niether could they.
We try to adjust our diet to the ways the Japanese martial artists were doing it over 2000 years ago... its no secret why you here stories about the old martial artists living and more important ly FUNCTIONING (unlike here) well into their 80's. Its because it was true, and a HUGE part of that was their diet.
The truth of today is that our diet/excercise are terrible and we rely on miracle cures in a pill. That the rip off -- its the purchasing of the one-a-day miracle pills that are marked up 20000% (literally) with fraudlent scientfici data backing them up.
If Mike can make money by selling his knoweledge, than good for him. But where else can you find someone that does not take kickbacks and cannot be bought. Its this fact and the fact that a person does need to make a living which makes people skeptical when a guys making an honest buck as opposed to a hidden buck.
So the question is: Why did I have to go to a marital arts class and a website to learn the truth about health and fitness?? I could go on for hours but the sad truth is nobody will listen because its our nature to cave into glutteny -- then we want the magic pill to get out (this want is of course a product of the very glutteny we try to escape)

another one of his INTERNET SCAMS!

Website offers up to $500 for school teachers caught on tape - Link http://www.counterthink.org/009995.html
(Link will probably be removed once it has been exposed!)
Mike Adams is yet up to another one of his INTERNET SCAMS! Yes, he is offering up to $500 for school teachers caught on tape or should I say up to $500 for school teachers setup on tape.
Look any student that has a grudge against his/her teacher now has an outlet for not only getting rid of them but to be paid up to $500.00 for doing so.
Mike Adams I must say this has to be your worst SCAM yet! Especially using under aged children to promote your SCAM. How low will Mike Adams go?
Mike Adams states that he is looking for under aged students to video tape their "School teachers engaging in bizarre and certainly unacceptable behavior to try and get students to behave. . .
. . . no excuse for the behavior of teachers who have clearly violated well-accepted standards of ethics and discipline, berating and even verbally assaulting their students. And frankly, I think the presence of recording devices in classrooms is a positive thing, because from now on teachers will never know when they're being recorded. Sooner or later they will get the idea that they must stop these disciplinary abuses and work to adhere to higher standards of behavior, or risk having their tirades published on the internet."
Up to $500 for your video footage
"Thus, a lot more recording will be going on and a lot more of teachers' verbal outbursts will be recorded and posted on the internet. How? Well, let me make an offer right here. I'm willing to pay up to $500 for video footage of school teachers' inappropriate behavior, or up to $100 for audio recordings from any student who wants to go into a classroom, make these recordings, and send them to me."
This guy is SICK! It's just one more of his countless internet SCAMS that he has going on.
Maybe some parents should start a website that pays teachers up to $500.00 for video tape of students acting up so that it can be posted on the internet and used against them when they ask "Why did you fail me in this class?"
A little about Mike Adams:
Mike Adams AKA: "Health Ranger" claims to be the primary content contributor of the largest health content network on the Internet (Truth Publishing AKA NewTarget.com) "I've spent more than 5,000 hours studying the true causes of disease vs. health" of which none of these hours can be verified.
Mike Adams claims to have been chronically diseased where at the age of 30, he claims that he was "nearly" obese, diabetic, depressed and headed towards certain misery as another casualty of organized medicine and prescription drugs. However Mr. Adams post no medical proof that can backup any of his story. Mr. Adams claims that in trying to learn how to improve his health, he stumbled across a world of "little-known information" about disease prevention that put him on a whole new journey towards perfect human health (and another way for this scam artist to make a fast buck over the internet).
Mike Adams calls his Health advise the Health Intelligence Files and he offers these E-Files for $995.00 or as he say's the cost for one day stay in the hospital. Mr. Adams says his Health Intelligence Files are worth thousands of dollars but the E-files are not actually printed books and according to Mr. Adams "aren't quite finished yet" so he's letting people have them now for only $299.00
Later Mr. Adams claims that if you read all of his Health Intelligence Files that he will pay you $250.00 for doing so. Another way to scam people into buying his worthless material.
Even though Mike Adams is not a Medical Doctor he operates a string of fake health advice websites which include prenatalnutrition.org, expectant-mothers.com, NewsTarget.com, HoodiaFactor.com, EmergingFuture.com, SpamAnatomy.com, VitaminFactor.org, CounterThink.org, HealthFactor.info, JunkScience.info, BrainHealthNews.com, LowCholesterolDiets.DietsLink.com, PublicHealthNews.org, PharmaWatch.info, HomeToxins.com, PoisonPantry.org, DepressionFactor.org, webseed.com & ConsumerWellness.org just to name a few.
According to Mike Adams, "By purchasing from Truth Publishing, you help give Truth Publishing the funds it needs to pay bandwidth, attract new readers and pay writers and researchers that keep bringing you groundbreaking new information that can make an honest difference in your life. Every dollar you spend with us goes to a productive purpose." Interesting how he actually uses the term "Honest Difference" via his Dishonest / deceptive means!
Mike Adams should be awarded "MR. SCAM" because everywhere you look one of his scams are sure to pop up.
