I dealt with the owner named David. First I buy several framed art pieces from his company. I pre ordered them from out of his selection book. When I went to pick up my order, it was all wrong. There were finger prints all over the inside glass of the pictures. They used a frame that I did not pick out. I should have been told they were out to begin with. The mat was not the size I requested, and there were smudges on it. Then they forgot to put the proper hanger on it. When I picked up one of the frames, it fell apart. When I went to talk with David about this, he had skipped out. The office claimed that they could not reach him, and had no idea where he had went to. A week later I received a bill that was more than we agreed, and I still have not received what I requested.
I ended up going to another local dealer who gave me exactly what I requested, and charged me about half of what Bozart Creations was trying to charge me. I told the owner of where I purchased my art from about how David treated me, and about the poor workmanship and quality of the pictures he had. I was told that they receive a lot of business from unhappy customers from Bozart. To top all the frustrations I received from Bozart, I found out that the wood they use is process wood. If it gets wet, it falls apart. David lied to me to begin with when he said the frames were real wood. He should have said that there may be some wood in the frame ! Anyway, I'm still being billed from Bozart Creations for alledged art I've never received. I don't see this company lasting very long at all. Very poor management. Plus you will never get what you paid for.

First of all, Bozart Creations, which I have 50% ownership, is a wholesale business, thus, we do not do retail. On the other hand, Bozart does not have or ever had a selection book. Maybe in the near future, but not now or in the past.
We manufacture framed artwork to big chain companies such as TJMaxx, Marshalls, etc., and in this 3 years in business we have never had any problems with them.
I believe this person called Dennis from Buckhead should come forward and not hide from me on the big wide web. If he thinks he is right on everything he says about me, he should immediately contact me (apparently he knows where my factory is) because I cannot recall him at all, otherwise I will persuit a lawsuit against him.
By the way, Mr. Larry from Littleton, CO has already apologized to me for making false allegations. Thus, I will not pursuit any lawsuit against him.

The true owner of this company is my uncle and not David Siffert, even thought he claims to be.
My family is from Brazil and my uncle financed the whole company from his own money and David Siffert has been squandering and cheating him out of good business and a solid reputation thru his disgusting business practice.
David Siffert is a scammer and a hack and is causing much trouble to my family because of this. At first he seems to be an upstanding straightforward guy but he is a coward and not a real man.
The whole problem stemmed from my uncle trusting this man because he claimed to know the industry and fooled him into making him a partner without any questions asked and has been payrolling him for the last 4-5 years without ever having turned a profit.
If there are any compassionate lawyers or people with legal knowledge on business practices, please help us. I don't know if anyone will read this but I hope someone does. Please help my uncle get rid of this guy and bring some peace.
