This company preys on eager and inexperienced young people to sell Quill Office Supplies. The upbeat enthusiasm used to attract new employees, and the strict adherence to SMG lingo and sales procedure, is nothing short of brainwashing. One level up, the trainer/sales people respond in word-for-word phrases to all questions asked about the company.
I went on a full day 2nd interview (9 hours), followed by a 1st day of employment, before the whole picture came into focus.
