The title on Seller's ad on e-Bay listing says: The CURE for Turtle Lips-in 7 Seconds! The ad claims: Plump Lips in 7 Seconds or Your Money Back-GUARANTEED! Everyone and I mean everyone who tried it LOVED it! EVERYONE could feel it working. It took awhile for some (by a while I mean no more than 30 seconds) but eventually not a soul failed to Plump their lips! I hadn't really noticed but over time my lips had actually grown. A permanent growth. try it! And if you don't Love itYou Get All Your Money Back NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Highlighted in yellow: Zero Risk, Lifetime Money Back Guarantee. 100% Unconditional Lifetime Money Back Guarantee. Highlighted in blue: Place Your 100% Risk Free Bid NOW. Buy it NOWRisk FREE.
I bought 3 bottles, received 4 bottles (buy three, receive one free). My lips didn't burn, tingle, plump in 7 seconds, 30 seconds, 24 hours, 48 hours or 168 hours of continuous use.
After a week of no results I asked for a full refund. Ashley replied, who was very nice in the beginning, telling me to exfoliate my lips to improve the results of the plumper & assured me I had nothing to lose by continuing to use it for 30 days because there was a 100% unconditional lifetime money back guarantee - she did not mention I was limited to sampling one bottle. I agreed to continue using it.
I bought three different exfoliators (at considerable expense to me) and used them twice a day. Because her ad says EVERYONE felt the plumper working in no more than 30 seconds I assumed the bottle I was using was defective. Tried second bottle; same results. Tried third bottle.
This bottle produced an almost instantaneous burning, tingling sensation - WOW! I applied this bottle throughout the day for over a week-no plumping.
I again asked for a refund. She refunded price for 2 bottles, refused to issue a full refund because I tried 3 bottles (she wants to resell the returned bottles to another buyer - yuck). I have tried to resolve this dispute with her for over 2 weeks without success. In her last e-mail she said its my fault her product didn't work because I only tried it for a few days, sometimes it takes several weeks to work that's not what her ad says.
She engaged in deceptive, dishonest and misleading advertising on her eBay auction site. Her Lip Plumper does not work in 7 to 30 seconds on everyone as her ad claims, and they don't honor their 100% Unconditional Lifetime Money Back Guarantee! What a Rip-Off!!! Buyer Beware!!! I'm surprised e-Bay & PayPal would tolerate these practices (I paid for my purchase through PayPal).

A retailer's response -- THIS IS FAKE - THIS IS FROM THE MAKERS OF THIS PRODUCT

Carolyn, can you be more obivous about the fact that you are an employee or owner for Sybervision (AKA FIBERSYN, AKA OROVO inc, AKA LIPOVOX, AKA a hundred names of fake companies) --- I'm sure that everyone that is reading this realizes you are lying and that you work for this fake company. Or are we really supposed to believe that you were really "COMPELLED" to post your comment. Give us a break - and stop making your company look worse by sitting here and making bold faced lies that are completely transparent.
For anyone that doesn't know Fibersyn is owned and operated by Steve and Garret Devore (brother team of scammers) who are known scammers. They produce these bad products and once they get bad reviews they rename their junk and try to pawn it off again. The worst part of all this is that they own review sites (sybervision.com and pricesexposed.com and others) and they lie to consumers by pawning these as objective third party reviews that hype up their own products. If you don't believe me google these product names. the funniest thing here is that these review sites have images and the images are hosted by Fibersyn and Sybervision. These idiots didn't even have the common sense to use another website to hide this fact. Jesus, get a clue retards.
Bottom line is, if i came to you in person and said i had this pill that helps you look younger, cures acne, helps you lose weight, etc.........would you cough up $40 to buy it from me? I didn't think so, so why would you believe a stupid website that claims the same. this is the most ridiculous claims i have ever heard and i can't belive someone would fall for it.
what you should really ask yourself is, if this company is really legit, why wouldn't they give a refund to one customer? why wouldn't they try to shut this guy up by just paying out on the guarantee that they promise on the website? think about it. most likely, they rather keep the $40 and disappear than have to give it up. My advice to M Davidene is to Charge this back. You returned the product and they have the guarantee so it is a win win for you if you charge it back, im sure your credit card company will agree.
And Carolyn -- if that is your real name -- get a real job Steve or is this Garret?

Ebay Users Sarmury, shanerichins1031, Fibersyn and Intelislim are SCAMMERS
AUTHOR: Susan - (Canada)

Their items don't work. I have contacted ton of people who used their products and like the person that posted this complaint, Their items don't work!
The person that filed the complaint obviously didn't know that Garrett DeVore operates under numerous ebay names, eBay name such as Sarmury, Shanerichins1031, Fibersyn, Intelislim and others which have probably already been banned by ebay.
Garrett DeVore is well known on the internet as a scammer or at least that's what it seems as they're are complaints everywhere about him and his products.
I would highly recommend filing complaints with the Dea.com site and the FDA site as this person's products really need taking a look at as they may be dangerous. You may even wish to contact the Orem police department and request that they look into this person, (801) 229-7079
Based on other peoples feedback, A lot of bottles that are being sold by this jerk arrived opened. Lots of people don't even get their items and a lot of people get sick when using their items. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. And most of their items aren't FDA approved and their label is just a joke as they are making claims to things which have absolutely no medical evidence to back it up. That is illegal which should be brought to the attention of the FDA, DEA and to the FTC.
Lawyers out there?

A retailer's response
AUTHOR: Carolyn - (U.S.A.)

I am a retailer so I felt compelled to comment. I looked up this company because I was interested on purchasing from them. The complaintant is being ridiculous. Who opens three bottles of product and then expects a full refund? That's not too smart. She told you to continue to use it, if it didn't work, she would refund the money. What is she supposed to do with opened, dirty product now? She can't resell it. She has to throw it out. So just because a product did not work for you, doesn't mean it does not work for someone else. There's many products that work well for me, that my friends do not like, and visa versa. What's great for one person may be horrible for another, as we all have different body chemistries.
I am tired of dealing with unreasonable customers myself. Thankfully I don't get a lot of them, but when one comes along, they expect you to give them whatever they demand. They push and push until the retailer can only take so much and pretty much tell them that. Then they get mad and play the how dare you talk to me like that game. They feel there must be a law that allows customers to talk to retailers like they are trash but after they harrass the retailer for days on end, the retailer is supposed to just sit back and take it? I don't think so.
If you purchased this personal hygenic item and it didn't work for you, to open and ruin two more bottles and expect your money back is sheer lunacy. I don't blame them for telling you to shove off. The customer is NOT always right, sorry. All we retailers ask is for the customer to be fair and reasonable. Using one bottle and returning the others and getting a full refund is very reasonable and fair. What you did doesn't come close to be reasonable. It's sad that people try and ruin a retailers reputation because they can't get their way when they make unreasonable demands. Last week a customer of mine called and emailed me, threatening to report me to the BBB and do a chargeback on her credit card because she failed to submit the correct shipping address on her order and the carrier delivered it late. It didnt matter that we have all over our site to please double check the shipping address as we charge 5.00 for incorrect addresses, because that's what the carrier charges us. As a courtesy we ate the 5.00 charge. That was not good enough for this woman. She demanded the return of all her shipping costs. she makes the mistake, sends berating and insulting emails and phone calls and demands we refund her money as if we did anything wrong. We tried to explain this calmly to her at least 6 times, until we couldn't take it anymore, as she got nastier and nastier. We sent her one last email, that the carrier charged us more for her mistake and we were not refunding her more money for her mistake. Case Closed. She of course had to email back saying how rude we were. Imagine that. After all that we were rude?

If The Product Doesn't Work As Advertised, That's False Advertising!

As I stated in my complaint, initially Ashley was very nice, however her parting shot in her final e-mail was "Give it up" (I have all of our e-mails regarding this matter). Once again, she tries to justify her deceptive advertising: "The CURE for Turtle Lips-in 7 Seconds! Plump Lips in 7 Seconds or Your Money Back-GUARANTEED! Everyone and I mean everyone who tried it LOVED it! EVERYONE could feel it working. It took awhile for some (by a while I mean no more than 30 seconds) but eventually not a soul failed to Plump their lips! I hadn't really noticed but over time my lips had actually grown. A permanent growth (which would be a medical miracle).
Her reply to my complaint is its MY fault her product didn't work because I only tried it for three days (I tried it for a week before making my first request for a refund; I tried it for another ten days before asking for my money back a second time).
Nowhere does her ad say it can take days or weeks to work, or that you need to exfoliate your lips as she told me to do in one of her many messages - quite the contrary!!! Ashley is engaging in deceptive, false advertising - it is immaterial whether I used one bottle, two bottles, three bottles, ten bottles 100 bottles - her product DID NOT work in the advertisied 7-30 second time frame (I wouldn't have tried more than one bottle if the first bottle had worked). The focus of her ad is: Plump lips in 7 -30 seconds for EVERYONE and 100% LIFETIME moneyback guarantee. Her ad goes on and on and on for pages. If her "lifetime" guarantee is limited to using one bottle it must be mentioned once in fine print because I never saw it when I placed my order. More importantly, Ashley never mentioned it when I requested my refund after trying her product for a week. She told me to continue using it for a full thirty days - I had nothing to lose because there was a 100% Lifetime Moneyback Guarantee.
If Ashley is not trying to resell items that have been returned by dissatisfied customers, what difference does it make what condition they are returned in? And, excuse me? I'm taking advantage of her? Her deceptive advertising has cost me $6.00 shipping & handling charges for the items to be sent to me; $4.30 return postage fees; $9.99 for the cost of the lip plumper she refuses to refund my money for (plus, the cost of the three exfoliators I purchased to use on my lips per her suggestions - to improve the performance of her product).
I used her product in good faith for over three weeks; it
did not produce its advertised results - I call that false advertising. After receiving a partial refund, I tried for over two weeks to resolve this dispute directly with Ashley before filing my complaints with eBay, PayPal and ripoffreport.com. I've been ripped-off, not her! As is my custom, I paid for my purchase through my PayPal account within five minutes of receiving notification that I submitted the winning bid. And, by the way, although I'm relatively new to eBay I have a 100% customer satisfaction rating. It's no longer a matter of money, its a matter of fainess. I lived up to my end of the transaction, that's more than Ashley can say about her product or her guarantee.

Lip Plumper Return Policy. These claims are outrageuos.
AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, June 27, 2005
This particular customer was given the retunr policy before she purchsed the items. She would have been entitled to a full refund if she had only used one bottle.
She used the product for maybe three days, there is no need to have opened three bottles? He have this policy in order to protect ourselves from people who try to take advantage of us, such as this case.
When the products were returned to us they were sticky and had hair on them, there is NO WAY we would ever re-sell used products. We value our integrity and have a very good reputation on ebay, there is no need for us to sell used items?
These claims are outrageuos and were made out of resentment because she didn't follow standard procedure. We stand by our return policy. I was more than reasonable and polite to this individual. I sicerely wish her the best.
