On 9/16/2002, I visited ABC Nissan in Phoenix to inquire as to the possibility of purchasing a new Nissan product. I was attending school and living in Phoenix. Upon my arrival, I was approached by a salesman who was helpful in assisting me in test driving a 2002 Nissan Frontier 4x2 which I eventually purchased.
The experience after the test drive was a nightmare from that point on. I was delayed for over three hours in a purchase which should have been completed in a much shorter period of time. I was introduced to several employees of ABC Nissan which in my opinion used techniques and wear down methods in order to sell me a vehicle. Being enrolled in school at the time, I was exhausted most of the time and I had gone to the dealership on a Saturday. After waiting in a small room with nothing to do, I became tired, thirsty and hungry. I could not even locate a simple glass of water. After a long period of time, all I wanted to do was leave the dealership and go home. I had entered the facility at approxamitly 12:30 P.M. and I did not arrive home until almost nightfall. Recently, I had the opportunity to look at other new Nissan products and I was amazed at the economical cost of models similar to the one that I had purchased at ABC Nissan.
Recalling that I had deposited $8,000.00 cash on my purchase, I returned home and located my records. I was surprised that with a vehicle that had a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Base Price of $13,799.00 (I still have the sticker) that I should pay a total sale price of $23,902.20. That is a difference of $10,103.20 not including financing! This is ludicrous! Therefore, consider this to be a DEMAND FOR PAYMENT in the amount of $10,103.20. I would have gladly paid the FULL sticker price but I will not be taken advantage of nor will I allow any company to steal from me that amount of money.
Call me stupid I guess but I sure was tired of sitting there, hungry and thirsty.

Go to the below URL and type in your favorite car dealer's name in the "Business Name" box and hit search. Many local car dealers have a bucket load of law suits. One has to ask "How can you find a honest car dealer in this state"?
www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/civil/caseSearch.asp
Use the above URL and type in the name of the car dealer you like. Maybe you will not like your favorite car dealer anymore after you read what you find.
Be smart and read the rip Off Reports BEFORE you buy your next car, not after. Might save you from getting ripped OFF.
Remember use the below URL and type in the name of the car dealer you LIKE and find out what POPS UP!

May I ask what you marking used vehichles with a yellow grease pen has to do with this customer getting taken for over $10,000?
How did you and your grease pen turn this wrong into a right?
I don't get what you and your grease pen have to do with this particular customer's issue, and who was right or wrong in that ripoff report.

I worked for ABC Nissan for 3 years, in that time i was a lot supervisor, for used cars and trucks. I dealt with used vehicle inventory, and helped weed out the non desireable vehicles. i carried around a yellow grease pen, and would put a W on the left upper windshield with a circle around it. That vehicle would be put into the wholesale line, for the buy-here pay here dealers, of the phoenix area. to bid on at the auction, held on friday mornings. at the back of the used car center.
I have seen tons of really nice used cars and trucks sold in the time i was there, that tells most people that they do sell a lot of vehicles at ABC Nissan. We all know that used vehicles have problems, thats common. Thats why they sell new ones, but they are not perfect either. Thanks for letting me add my rebuttle to your web site.
