Irene, DHS agencies were paid over $17 Trillion Dollars of BONUS MONEY in October 2005 for adoptions they performed in 2004.

Remember the ELEVEN ADOPTED children that DHS took back into custody and arrested the adoptive parents for abuse, they'll be adopted another time so DHS will receive BONUS MONEY a second, third or fourth time for adopting those children. Some of them may even be adopted to their own biological parents.

DHS will STILL get the bonus money no matter who they adopt them to. Newspapers reported that those adopted children were being 'cared' for in wooden cages in a separate building. A neighbor reported the situation.

The adoptive home was being paid thousands of dollars each month to care for their handicapped children. It's totally unbelieveable what DHS will do to get Bonus Money. It's a profitable business to them AND to the adoptive homes. Their 'excuse' for adopting ELEVEN children to ONE home was that the adoptive parents adopted children from several counties.

Irene, it's a fact that if a child is twelve or older, the DHS agency gets $10,000 plus the $4,000-6,000 promised by the ASFA.

The $17 Trillion Dollars came from our Social Security Fund. Read the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997 that has been extended through 2008.

If you can prove your DHS worker lied or abused or neglected your children, file charges against her. If a few of the liars serve some time in jail for perjury and for abusing children, there'll be some changes in DHS agencies. The CPS part of DHS should be completely closed down in the interest of what is BEST for children. CPS does only what is BEST for DHS and that is to sell children for profit from the ASFA!

Virtually EVERY child taken into DHS custody is abused AND neglected by DHS caseworkers and their millions of contractors! They call it Child Protective Services.

frist let me say this,poor people who cant afford an attorney and get a court appt one are guilty because who are they actually working for?the state -not you.let me tell you about my horror story irene. on many occasions i called ps to investigate my ex who i caught naked in bed with my sons. i get a letter from them stating there was not enough proof to investigate.i was depressed and ended up in the hospital because i had no where to turn no family friends no shelter would take me and my 5 children they said they didnt have enough room to accomadateus. so as i said i ended up in hospital 6 monts later. my daughter who was 20 at the time had a child of her own also lived with me she took care of the kids while i was in the hospital, however ps came in took her her son and my other 5 kids out of the home took them to my sisters till i got out of hospital.wellafter getting out of hospital i was not allowed to go back to my home because my ex was there.so my friend let me stay with her, however i was not allowed to get nothing out of the home accept my clothes and i couldnt even get my car my ex had it towed away.next thing i knew iwas going to court, my friend as i said told the court me and my kids could stay with her untill i got on my feet again. well the refree i went in front of was going to give me back my kids untill my ex lied about something in private to his attorney. alot of the allegations againts my ex were deleted out of the report and the att i was given told me to plead no contest without explaing to me what that meant i told him i was not pleading nothing as i did not do anything wrong oh i was accused of failing to protect my kids from my ex however i had with me the letter that i had got earlier from ps stating there was not enough evidence to investigate when i called to report the sexual abuse , the att said to me you cant use that letter its to old 6 months ago is to old?i then was told i had to get a job a new place to live all new furniture a car had to complete a parenting class domestic violence class and counseling which i had already done a few years prior to this because my ex lied to ps about me. and mind you i had already raised 5 children by my 1st marriage who where gone alredy from the home.2 of the kids were placed with an aunt 2 with my oldest son which was is the half brother to them and one was given to a foster family because noone wanted to take him he was 3 at that time so here he was all alone with strangers.however i have to say that was the only positive thing that came out of this because he had a wonderful and loving foster family who i might add are still a part of his life now.so the refree told family services to help me get a deposit for a place when i found one they never did . i got a job i put half my oldest daughter helped and another agency helped me.then when i met my now husband who was my boyfriend at the time and we lived together the worker made him go to parenting class counseling etc and he was not allowed to stay at the home overnite when my little one finally got overnite vists with meunsupervised.at first all my vist with my kids were supervised why? i felt like a crimminal degraded.one time the worker found out my husband was there while my son was there he came at 6 in the morn he didnt stay the night however she not only took my vists away she wouldnt even allow me to speak to him my son on the phone. i was told time and time again dont worry about the rest of my kids just worry about the little one first and dont worry about my ex even though he was lying through his teeth. i was the bad one too i wasthe crazy one the vindictave ex i said no you wait a min i divorced him iam not vindictave. then 2 of my kids who were 14 at the time who are devolomentally imparied moderatley,told their att they wanted to come home with me which was said at one of the hearings refree ask where the kids were why they were not in court and what was the att and social workers words they are impaired so they would not understand all this. my kids 3 of them who were 13 and 2 14 were never allowed in the court room,however the 2 with the impairment was forced into signing their own guardianship papaers to let their aunt be their guardian. now tell me how they were able to understand that and sign those papers but wasnt allowed in court? they had a right too be there they are onlyimparied as to money decisions and medical and are far behind in reading and math skills other than that they understand pefectly well!i had to pay juvinille court cost with the little money i was making got no state help at all and still had to be finacally stable enough to care for my son when he got to come home. then i was taken to court by my oldest son for choild support for the 2 kids he still has the judge told me i had to pay 300 a month i tryed to explain i couldnt afford too pay that because i had juvinille court cost plus had to maintain a stable home in order to get my little son back and the job i had did not pay that much he said i dont care get 2 jobs.when i lost my job because of all this court stuff i was back in court for child support i told the judge i had to get on assistance because i lost my job his remarks were you are still going to pay child support. my son get state assistance for those 2 but him and his other half both have great jobs and own a 100,00 home. every year my taxes are taken for child support. i have 2 kids back home with me and let me tell you this both are in counseling and on meds one has adhd and seperation anxiety the other is severly depressed thanks in part to these people who call themselfs protective services yeah protect their behinds and their jobs.and to make this even worse, i went to the office where this case was surpossedly opened on me and guess what? they said there was never a case opened on me it was denied because the allegations were not on me they were on my ex,my husband said then you tell her why she dont have her children their response was, they didnt know why. one ps worker said she went over and over my case a she dont understand herself how this case even got to juvinilee court because there was never a case opened to begin with. and as for my ex well he gets to see the kids any time he wants unsupevised and has 1 child in his care . now hows that for justice?i was told i should sue for mental angish duress and losing all i had to provide a home for my kids. but who am i? so if my ex has one child in his care and gets unsupevised vists then how was i charged with failing to protect them from him?i know alot of you will find this hard to beleive but i lived it and alot of people didnt beleive it all at first either untill i showed them all the papers in writing.now they 2 dont understand how the father gets vistes and has one child in his care.i do as i said have 2 children back with me one i have had back for 3 yrs now and hes going to be ending his therapy real soon he was in it for 2and a half years. he has come along way and thats because iam here to love support and nurtuer him now my daughter who just recently came home has to start therapy.the case is closed now and has been for 3 yrs. but just wanted everyone to know about my horror story. the children pay the price they are the money makers for these people and they dont give a da how they are when they finally do come home .my children are my life and i went through hell to get them 2 back and all be damm if ever another worker will come in my home a judge me because i never got there help obtaing a car furniture food clothes a home nothing so who are they to ever judge me.i fought for the 2 i have back because i love my kids and noone has a right to accuse me of not. i could have given up as it took me 2 years to get on my feet again but i wass not going to let them win my love for my kids is stronger than thier power to destroy families.i tryed to protect my kids from their father and me and my kids payed the price for it. i was the one who cryed all the time and cryed myself to sleep many nites and my kids cryed.do any of you workers now what the pain is of visting your child then have to say goodbye till your next vist and you see your child crying screaming i want my mommy?no and god forbidd it ever happen to you. you workers are not perfect parents either.iam not proud of all that happened to me but iam proud that i fought you to get 2 of my kids back and am doing very well without the states help i might add. when someone is telling the truth you need to do your jobs and investigate it properly instead of going on someones words or your own assumpsun.my hat goes off to you irene you stood up and spoke up. many thanks dear. god bless

Little children are being emotionally disabled every day by an agency of our US government. That agency is called the Department of Human Services and their Child Protection Systems.

DHS and CPS is receiving trillions and trillions of dollars in rewards and bonuses through the provisions of the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997. Read the reports of application of ASFA in your state!

Children need to be saved from the emotional destruction being forced on them in the name of "What's in the best interest of little children." Not one penny of the ASFA is being paid in the best interest of even one little child. EVERY penny goes to support DHS abuse and neglect to further DHS causes.

The ONLY reason that children are being taken into custody by DHS or their Child Protection Services is so they can be fed the rewards and bonuses provided by the ASFA! Please remember THAT fact!

Take the time to read the ASFA and each state's supplementary update to its application in your individual state. Juvenile Judges are not aware that CPS is actively promoting Emotionally Disabling little children so they can get their rewards and bonuses. OH, if juvenile judges only knew DHS's real agenda! Their AGENDA is all about MONEY!

Please, Juvenile Judges, listen to parents and children. DHS caseworkers devise lies over and over. It's simple! It's all about monetary rewards and bonuses from ASFA.

YOU CANNOT BELIEVE EVEN ONE EMPLOYEE OF CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES OR WORKERS IN THEIR CONTRACTING AGENCIES.

Contracting Agencies KNOW that they are required to agree with everything that DHS or CPS says OR they will not receive future contracts. It's all about MONEY! DHS requires contractors to support DHS in their child abuse and neglect program "in the interest of what's best for the child."

"It's "NOT ACCEPTABLE" to emotionally disable any little child "in the interest of what's best for the little child." "YOU ARE WRONG!" YOU, DHS employees and contracting services, need to STOP disabling little children for bonuses and rewards! It's a well known fact that EVERY child taken into custody of DHS or their CPS is immediately placed on Medicare and SSI because they are considered to be Emotionally Disabled for the remainder of their childhood. SSI provides for continued support throughout the life of the child since the disability began before they reached the age of eighteen. IT'S MONEY!

Most of the children would NOT be Emotionally Disabled if the rewards and bonuses were not being offered to DHS through the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997 and laws that clearly support DHS abuse/neglect.

He found, after he moved from the house, took the children and sought a divorce that DHS had plans to take the children into custody and emotionally destroy them.

When a parent is ill, DHS should NOT recommend that the other parent move from the house, take the children and get a divorce! The father should help save the marriage and help save the ill parent by getting appropriate medical help. That was NEVER a thought to the DHS worker.

Now, the children have been adopted to people outside the family. Jurors said the father didn't move out of the house and take the children soon enough. If a parent is ill, move out and get a divorce! That's DHS!

Members of the family begged to raise these children. Family members applied for Adoption, completed all the training but because DHS reported LIES to the judge, the family was not permitted to adopt the children. The DHS Executive Field Representative even told the family to "bring the valuable things that you have in your home to DHS so we can dispose of them. And, bring zDHS the life insurance policies that are on the children so we can GIVE them to the Adoptive Parents!" That's DHS and Child Protection Services.

The DHS Intake Worker told family members "YOU WILL NEVER SEE THESE CHILDREN AGAIN!" That same DHS Intake Worker told the father that "A father should NEVER give a child a bath or dry him/her off or put nice smelling bath powder on the child!" That DHS intake worker was 'helped' out of DHS so she could work for a DHS contractor.

When the Family Assessment Worker visited with the family, she refused to recommend any help for the children or the parents. She instantly reported to the judge that "All parenting rights should be removed from these parents." The Family Assessment Worker was NEVER called in to testify in either case. I wonder why? It must be another case of 'hide out' to protect abusive workers.

It's been three years since family members visited with the children. In fact, they have reportedly been destroyed! They are reportedly very confused! The DHS contracted counselor reported to the judge, "These children are too confused to ever see family members again!" Another report by a child's lawyer was that "the children are undergoing EXTENDED GRIEF THERAPY because of the things that have happened to them during the past year."

DHS workers 'ACT' like they want to help the family but if they actually DO help the family, they are moved off the case just as your case worker was moved. It happens over and over!

Watch DHS though! They love to retaliate against winners! They WILL continue to try to take your children back in so they can complete their "JOB" on them. Now, the children have been adopted to people outside the family. Jurors said the father didn't move out of the house and take the children soon enough. If a parent is ill, move out and get a divorce! That's DHS!

Members of the family begged to raise these children. Family members applied for Adoption, completed all the training but because DHS reported LIES to the judge, the family was not permitted to adopt the children. The DHS Executive Field Representative even told the family to "bring the valuable things that you have in your home to DHS so we can dispose of them. And, bring zDHS the life insurance policies that are on the children so we can GIVE them to the Adoptive Parents!" That's DHS and Child Protection Services.

The DHS Intake Worker told family members "YOU WILL NEVER SEE THESE CHILDREN AGAIN!" That same DHS Intake Worker told the father that "A father should NEVER give a child a bath or dry him/her off or put nice smelling bath powder on the child!" That DHS intake worker was 'helped' out of DHS so she could work for a DHS contractor.

When the Family Assessment Worker visited with the family, she refused to recommend any help for the children or the parents. She instantly reported to the judge that "All parenting rights should be removed from these parents." The Family Assessment Worker was NEVER called in to testify in either case. I wonder why? It must be another case of 'hide out' to protect abusive workers.

It's been three years since family members visited with the children. In fact, they have reportedly been destroyed! They are reportedly very confused! The DHS contracted counselor reported to the judge, "These children are too confused to ever see family members again!" Another report by a child's lawyer was that "the children are undergoing EXTENDED GRIEF THERAPY because of the things that have happened to them during the past year."

DHS workers 'ACT' like they want to help the family but if they actually DO help the family, they are moved off the case just as your case worker was moved. It happens over and over!

Irene, I'm so happy that you won your case! Now, if you can help your children recover from the permanent disabling emotional condition DHS forced upon them, you are one lucky mother! Watch DHS though! They love to retaliate against winners! They WILL continue to try to take your children back in so they can complete their "JOB" on them. That's the only way they can get all of the rewards and bonuses that the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997 provides to them.

You're exactly correct! DHS is raking in an unlimited amount of money to help them emotionally destroy every child that they possibly can get their hands on for ANY reason. The ASFA provided unlimited flowing of funds to DHS for their endeavors. READ the ASFA. SS and Medicare are paying for DHS abuse and neglect in rewards and bonuses that ASFA provides. It's there in black and white! It's ROBBERY!

CPS needs to be closed down in favor of a more beneficial judicial plan of action. Judges have far better mentality than DHS does in what is best for children.

Judges need to be impowered with the Godly ability to decipher when DHS is lying and when, if ever, a DHS worker is telling the truth! Once all the judges learn that DHS is brim full and running over with liars and fabricators, children can be saved. State legislatures need to close the doors to CPS in favor of a judicial form of child protection service.

Child abuse and neglect induced by DHS and CPS MUST be stopped to save America and our freedoms that our forefathers fought for!

Close the doors to the guilty party, DHS's Child Protective Services. Rescind the ASFA to save the children and stop rewarding DHS for abusing and neglecting little children! SAVE OUR CHILDREN FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES'S CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS! America needs to be free from the abusive and neglectful DHS agencies across the nation.
