Easy Homes 123 of Lakeland, FL rented out a home to my family which was in foreclosure. We were notified by a default attorney approximately a month after moving in. When we questioned Lynn Browning the owner of the company she denied knowing anything about it.
I know for a fact they were aware of the foreclosure due to civil records listed at Polk County Court house. These records list Easy Homes 123 as the leading defendants in the case.
We are the third set of tenants that they have scammed this way according to neighbors. My neighbor across the street said that two other families had moved out when they were notified of the foreclosure.

We have an adjustable mortgage like many MILLIONS of homeowners and we are working with attorney Jeffery Appel to help straighten out the situation. Easy Homes 123 is not trying to scam anyone. We are a ligitamate company, and we always do our best to take care of our residents. We have help many people become home owners in the last 8 years and even though things are extermely hard in Florida Real Estate right now. You can count on Easy Homes 123, LLC.
