Foreclosure LMS - Homeownersaa.org Ripoff They use high pressure sales scam to deceive people into buying a course on Loss Mitigation that will not refund the money for after they send it to you. They ripped me off and I've tryed to get a refund for over a month with no luck. CHICAGO Illinois

I purchased the Loss Mitigation course for $1600.00 after a 2 hour high pressure phone sales pitch. I never opened the course and sent more than 20 e-mails to them to get a refund and return their course. They ignore the e-mails and when you talk to them on the phone they go back into the sales pitch about how great this is and how much money you will make. The company is full of thieves that are working on the premise that they are a non-profit agency helping people to avoid foreclosure, I think this may be illegal. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB to fight the charges but they say because I mailed the course back parcel post on 21 Jun 2005 that there may be nothing they can do. The company is currently trying to say they didn't receive the course, but I know they did. never deal with either of these companies you'll regret it.

There has bee a complete misunderstanding between the company and I. The course was lost in the mail and never arrived back to Mr Cerni. Being the honest businesspeople that they are they agreed to refund my credit card anyway. Lesson learned always use mail that requires tracking or Fed X/UPS.
