Feb 4, 2009. Montana Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, Montana. Judgment issued against Tom Skibowski,dba Art Creations ,Inc. on issues of fraud, conversion, breach of contract, negligence, constructive fraud, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, violation of the Consumer Protection Act, negligent misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Treble damages awarded due to his aggregious conduct.

All individuals be aware. Tom Skibowski is a con man and thief.
