Texarkana, TX CPS came to AR after we got custody of our grandchild and kidnapped him from AR Children's Hospital. Children's Hospital let us have the kids after TX CPS brought them to the hospital for alledged abuse and abandonded them here in Little Rock. They set a bogus appointment for a follow up and when we got to the hospital they took our baby and they had no paperwork to show that they had custody. They treated my fiance, the biological grandfather like a criminal and threatened to arrest him if he did not turn the other child over to them.
When we refused to turn the other child over they threatened us with arrest and told us they would charge us with whatever they came up with. Beware of Beverly Lucas, Judie Townsend and Jennifer Sims. They are the biggest crooks in the Texas CPS system. They will take your kids and they are some how being justified in doing so.

as this is a very serious crime with severe penalties. What did the FBI say when you called them..you did report this kidnapping didn't you?

You are absolutely correct about at least ONE of these females as I do not know the other two... She is very power hungry and uses her tiny plastic badge to try to "scare" people. Tonight I was at poppa johna, I am a single mother of two and work all the time doing the very best that I can for my two children, both are currently down with the flu and one was just released from the hospital, I haven't had time to grocery shop so I thought "pizza it is!" I parked my truck at the front door (a solid 20ft away from an all glass building where I could see my children's faces, heads ect.. I walked in, was in the for EXACTLY 90secs, and all 4'11" of this hateful woman walks in telling me she will make one phone call and have my children taken away, I said "I can see them, I havent even been in here 30 seconds yet and my children have the flu" she gets a nasty angry tone ( which btw pissed the cashier off) causing her to say "are you serious?" jennifer then says to me "NO, NOT EVEN ONE SECOND!" I rolled my eyes and turned away from her as to not cause a scene when there were plenty of different ways it could have been handled. She then told me "this is your ONE warning!" And walked out.. I said to the cashier I obviously have to leave now I have done something wrong, when Jennifer's husband proceeds to flash his little plastic card and say I'm a cop and yes you did, I can make one phone call and take those kids away (power trip central!!) the cashier said omg, I'll bring your pizza out to you, this is ridiculous!! I walked out sat and my truck and the cashier said I'm so sorry, that was b** Apparently this is common for these people to intimidate and humiliate people all while trying to hurt them.. Good luck to you and hopefully you WILL find justice!!
