He wrote bad check of around 50,000 for equipment purchased and escaped arrest by post dating them by few days. Under GA law, a post dated check is handled differently. I tried but could not get the Michael Molen arrested.
Similarly, he got sued for 84K from YDI, a company in VA for non payment.
Has about 6 different social security numbers associated with his name and address.
SEC Atlanta office currently investigating him.

#7 UPDATE EX-employee responds
please ask him when he plans on paying the 9 employee's from WA state he stiffed last January

If you are lucky enough to speak with Mr. Mike Elusive Molen, please ask him when he plans on paying the 9 employee's from WA state he stiffed last January 2003? Tell him Jeff (Boise, ID) askedthat will shut him up. I happened to be one of those employee's he refused to pay for the entire month of January 2003. Not to mention personal charges that I incurred on my credit card for work done for those idiots. See back in Sept 2002, Sanswire acquired our WA state company, Tsunami Communications. There was a bunch of promises that were never met, not to mention bills that were never paid to our vendors. In short.they bled our company dry. What we spent 3 years building was gone in 3 months. So be cautious of Sanswire and what they promise. I would issue a strong warning to any venture capitalist thinking of investing in Sanswire. Or, anyone wanting to purchase their worthless stock. To date, they still refuse to acknowledge the judgments that I, along with the other employees have against them. The good news is.when you are a publicly traded company, eventually you will have to answer to those judgments. They will catch up to you! The money is really not an issue. I could care less about it. If I get it great. I am getting more satisfaction from reading these formums about that piece of s**t Mike Molen. It's well worth it.

Need info on Sanswire Inc., who also appears to have done business as Sanswire Internet Access LLC and Sanswire Technologies, Inc. We have a judgement & need to find where there are any assets if any left.
Nusrat, it seems that you may have some good info please share
Please note: The assets of the individual can not be attached but the company can & this is what we are looking for.
Much Thanks

I saw the comments concerning "bad checks" and felt that I had to reply.
I have been practicing law in the Georgia for 17 years and I assure you that issuing post dated checks is "not" against the law. It is a common practice used to show good faith between two parties. Additionally, if the company extended any kind of credit to Sanswire (which it appears that they did), bad check laws do not apply.
This means that even if the checks had not been post dated, but were given to satisfy an open account and not for immediate consideration, Georgia's "bad check" laws would not apply.
I researched this company about a year ago and was very impressed with what they were doing. Heck, how many internet companies made it without stepping on a few toes?
It seems to me that the company that received the checks should have stayed on top of their receivables a little better and they wouldn't be in this position.
A suggestion for what it's worth: Be very careful with what you say and the language you use. I'm not sure where the company is that received the checks, but Georgia's slander laws are some of the strictest in the country and Georgia judges like to protect their own.
I've been on both sides of the courtroom on this issue and when you say things to the public (and in this case, the world), and they are not true, (ie: using the term "bad check") you are extremely vulnerable to damages by the harmed party.
For what it's worth...

Folks.
I am not going to get involve in mud slinging with this guy.
Don't take my word for it, do your own homework before investing in this con artist.
By the way, I missed to mention another "public record" filed on 5/96 against Mr. Molen for $9162, attorney: Neal Peppper.
All this information is available in public records and if I can be of any assistance please ask your questions below. Don't just throw away your money in people like Michael Molen.
He has used the following masks:
1. Sanswire Internet Access. LLC
2. Sanswire.net Atlanta. LLC
3. Sanswire.net,LLC
4. Sanswire Access of Lousiana, LLC
Status of all four: "Active/Noncompliance" in Georgia.
Isn't it the purpose of this website? To expose bad apples??? So what's his attorney gonna do??

Sanswire.Net, LLC is no longer in business.
Prior to Sanswire.Net, LLC going out of business, we had an open account with this vendor. When the account became past due, the vendor demanded that we make a payment or they would file suit against us.
When we told them that we could not bring the account current, they demanded that we issue two "post dated" checks that they would hold until we could make them good. Therefore, in an attempt to bring the account current and avoid a lawsuit, we agreed.
We tried for several weeks to raise additional capital to keep the company going. We were unsuccessful and the decision was made to cease operations.
Unfortunately, the account with the vendor was not resolved. This was a very unfortunate situation, but certainly not a case of "getting away with writing bad checks".
YDI did not sue me. They filed suit against Sanswire.Net, LLC for a matter that is still in litigation.
The comment about having several social security numbers is absurd. Like everyone else, I only have one social security number.
I am not aware of any investigation involving the SEC in Atlanta.
The person that filed this report has made several threats to me in the past few months concerning this matter. He has promised to "get me". It is unfortunate that a vindictive person that holds a grudge can file something like this. His only intent is causing harm to another person.
I have turned this matter over to my attorney. It is not right that someone can write lies about another person and have it posted on the Internet.
