*General Comment: I Have translated what the Author is trying to say here.

this company, ge capital suzuki, will intentionally make it impossible for you to setup your account and make mayments on time. they also have no grace period for late payments so every single payment is forced late and therefor charged with a late fee. from this they are able to constantly charge you late fees and recieve additional funds from you. this slimy, scandalous, crooked, evil company is only out to make as much profit off of you as possible by any means neccessary.

When the Author of this complaint first got this account from GE Money, he tried to set up a due date, because I imagine that his pay day fell AFTER the bill was due, and he wanted to make the due date to be sometime after his pay check.
Because he was unable to set up a due date to match his pay check, he paid late, because GE Money did not set up a grace period, so he can never pay on time.
Does this sound right?
If his is the case I have a solution, find the pay check that falls before the due date, and pay from that one instead. This way you wont be late any more. You know 95 pct of Americans get anywhere between 2-3 paychecks per month, depending on the pay cycle. Very vew Americans get paid on the 1st of the month.

Let' see you are constantly late because of issues setting up the account. Well you only have to set up the account once..so what is your excuse about every other time.
By the way even IF they had a problem why not pay for it a different way. You could use your bank's on-line payment system, you could mail a check, you could even go out get a money order and send that in.
So why not tell us EXACTLY how they are INTENTIONALLY making it IMPOSSIBLE to make your payments on-time.
