I've made several trips and spent hours trying to get a supposedly free download from http://www.freedownloadscenter.com.
At 1st, i thought it might be a problem (w/IE) so i downloaded a new browser (Firefox) and tried again. the result was the same, a yahoo search page. i tried loading the URL into a download manager and it said the file didn't exist.
My visit triggered a bot emailing me thanking me for visiting the site and agreeing to accept a newsletter. didn't want the newsletter, but it was part of the process of attempting to reach the download site.
I've used 3 different programs and spent a lot of hours so i went back to the site to report the problem using the link at the bottom of the page http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/ The result was a blank page. tried using the "contact us" link and recieved the same result. Switched browsers, reset the internet options to default and got the same result from both links.
Tried responding to the email generated by the bot 4 times with any result. but i did receive 4 emails from the bot containing the name entered above, Victor Sazhin aka VicMan.
