My statement is long but please read it in its entirity. I was angered by the ugly accusations made against this breeder. I bought a healthy designer mix puppy on premises 10 years ago and again this month. Both dogs came with vet records and health guarantee. They were a mix, exactly as advertised and both times we drove to her home to select a puppy. Both times we were invited inside to see the puppies. It is as far from a mill as you can get!! Clean individual kennels with indoor and outdoor areas with big bowls of fresh water for the parents in a building just off the driveway and an addition to the back of the house. Both times we saw way more than "beautiful flowers and yard." The newborns are kept in a quiet room with the mommies just off her living room. The older babies are in a bedroom just past the kitchen by a large window in pack-n-play style cribs with baby toys. There were only seven puppies of two kinds there. Not 20 breeds and tons of dogs as reported. There simply aren't enough adult dogs there to produce what is claimed in the report. It was exactly like this both times-*-over a decade span of time. The personal accusations are not at all indicated by the person I've met. As an experienced master's level Ivy League social worker, I know welfare recipients and drug addiction traits when I see them. As a professional, I saw no indications of either claim at any time during both visits to her home. They were not brief visits either. She visits with you awhile to make sure you can provide a good home and that you get a good match in personality and temperament. She can do this because she plays with every puppy and gets to know them as individuals. She can tell you which one is a rascal or a cuddler and so on. I challenge you to find even a good breeder that can do that. She took pride in showing us ALL her facilities for the dogs. We were given as much time as We wanted to play with the babies. We even got a tour of her new vegetable garden. She provides education on everything from recommended feeding and vitamins to harnesses and training. I don't think someone only in it for the money would bother. She a lovely person you feel is a long-time friend by the time you leave. Hardly the ugly scene described. Milleen an is a sweet grandma who raises wonderful puppies on a very small scale in her home to support herself. I too, have purchased a dog from Mileen Coulter. Before purchasing this dog my former dog was indeed from a "puppy mill". However, I did not know this at the time because it was the first dog I had purchased and did not do my research.

As you can expect, when I was ready to purchase a new companion I did MY homework! That included researching many different sites to find a dog. When looking at sites you can tell the breeders that are actually breeders by the ones that are willing to send you pictures of the home and videos, etc. Also, a big plus is the breeders that want you to see the home and surroundings that your pet is living in! As Ms Mileen did express to me!

I did not know anything of Ms Mileen's drug charges until I read some of the horrible, jealous people that have wrote lies about this woman and her family! Her dogs! I, to this day, dont care about the charges because that has nothing to do with how she is a breeder! She cares for those dogs and you can see this IF you have visited her place. Yes, she does have alot of dogs, but none that appeared harmed or hurt. She walked me thru her house also and let me see the kennels of her puppies. My puppy came to me clean and happy. She has continued to be a healthy dog and is the most loveable girl. If i could afford another mouth to feed I would definitely look at Ms Mileen's place again first!

Five years ago, I added Polar, my Shorkie, to my family.  I purchased Polar from Mileen Coulter, the owner of Fancypoos4u.  Polar came to me healthy and happy and even tempered.  He even sleeps with my youngest.  I have never been disappointed.  It was a long drive from Missouri to Mississippi just to get a puppy, but it was worth it.  There are so many puppy mills here.  Reading through petty posts on the internet, I have seen how other dog breeders will bash the good ones to promote themselves and take their business.  If you had really believed her to be a puppy mill, you would have reported her.  If she was, the USDA would shut her down.  Her house was clean and her puppies appeared to be well cared for.

I have referred friends to her who have ALL been happy with their puppies.  We can identify puppy mill dogs out here.  We live in the capital.  Your first sign is that they hoard food.  NONE of the signs of a puppy mill dog were present in ANY of the puppies we got from her.  NONE of my friends saw them and I didn't see them with Polar.  In fact, I intend to get a second puppy from her.

All these slander posts are is gossip.  Gossip.  Plain and simple.  If everyone spent as much time PRAYING for the breeders and puppies as they do trying to slander each other, all of you would be blessed and succesful.  You're all adults and need to act like it.

I am not afraid to put my contact information on here.  I work during the day but would be happy to give a reference to Mileen Coulter.  I am a happy Shorkie owner.

I am a dog owner whom got my Cockapoo from fancypoo4you and have not had a problem or heard of any problems from other dog owners whom have purchased puppy from Ms Coulter.  If I had a bigger place or ever want to get a companion for my dog Bandit I will check out her Kennel before anything else.  I have see her kennels and the pups all were healthy and happy.  Whom ever wrote the bad review has a personal vendetta and not reposting fact but shameful reference to fanypoo4you.

I have watched this breeder speak too her local press about pumping out designer puppies Quote  "It is all about the money folks". Now she has a drug bust at her home of 70 dogs.
Consumers there is no way that we are buying dogs We have gas too buy. She is selling these dogs too University studies too puppy stores If this is false Milleen show us the paper work where your puppy parents have reg. their pups with akc? I already know her excuse. WE sell pets only .
But HOW would a lady who was on SSI before she was old enough for a slip and fall injury be able too physically take care of 70 dogs.
We the tax payers are paying for her antics now her helpless dogs are paying the price.
You and I can just not buy but she will sell them if like a ear of corn Yes people She will sell those dogs . Or where will they go Milleen ?

You don't have a clue what they your talking about. Have you been there to see her place? Probably not. Have you personally talked to those of us who have her puppies? Probably not. That's what's so wrong. I have NEVER seen a bad report about her puppies. Shouldn't that be what counts? That and how clean she keep her place? You should be ashamed of Yourselves!

I bought a schnoodle from Mileen.  I picked it up in person.  When I arrived my first thought was "puppy mill". That was because of the number of puppies she had.  But after seeing the place I realized it wasn't.  The place was very clean, no bad smells and the puppies looked healthy.  Yes, she had a lot of dogs but they seemed to be well cared for.  I was given a tour of the house and kennels.  When I got my puppy she made sure I had all the information I would need to care for the puppy as well as supplies to get me started.  I took the puppy in for a vet check.  The Vet was impressed on how healthy the puppy was.  My puppy is now five months old and every vet check has gone well and again the vet told me how impressed he was with the health of the puppy.  I had to use a different vet when I had him fixed and they also mentioned how healthy the puppy was.  I know she was busted for drugs.  She paid for that.  It had nothing to do with how well she raised her puppies.  I don't know her personally except for getting my puppy from her.  I would not hesitate to buy another dog from her because of the great way my first puppy is turning out. 

Thanks for sharing. The loss of a pet is truly heartbreaking. That said, you should have known better. Shame on you for giving money away to these people without doing your research.

BUYER BEWARE: A reputable breeder does not advertise on sites with cutesy names like pups4u2luv.com or Poos4u.com. Any breeder who lists more than two breeds with more than one or two litters at a time is likely pretty shady. Also note that on these web sites there are about often 20 types of dogs being advertised for sale, not all of whom are "purebred". Also - why don't they ever list the exact weight of mom and dad or post pictures of them? Because they are listing a range of what normal adult dogs of that breed typically weigh, because they are not in touch with the mom and dad of the litter - a common clue that the dogs are not being treated well or even being watched over by the puppy mill owner or so called breeder ("commercial breederrs" fyi are puppy mill owners). and treat them terrible.

If you want an AKC registered puppy that is for sure not going to have any problems, go to AKC.com and look under their recommended Breed Clubs to find reputable and responsible breeders who love and care for these dogs as their own. YOU WILL SAVE MONEY & HEARTACHE BY PURCHASING FROM AKC BRED LITTERS!!!!!! This means talking to reputable people direct from the AKC who can tell you the truth about Champion Bloodlines and Breeders to go to.

I was browsing through the puppymill I mean puppyfind extreme over production of dogs. This is a sad case where everyone loses in the end.
The dogs you breeders produce have no where to call home. I saw 9 month 9old dogs not selling . This is pure greed when a breeder continues forward with a breeding program only to take their unwanted dogs to a rescue. So you as a breeder support rescues? How do you support them? by over populating the facilities to take care of what you mindfully produced.
Every breeder has family portraits with little tregard to the parents of the puppies they mass produce.
Look at dog auctions look at bad breeders and ask them y? ypuppymill?
Get a JOB not . No you would rather your dogs work and reproduce forever. I see the same breeders breeding the same dogs for years . Its on puppyfind and will SHOCK you .. Do not be fooled by these breeders. They mass produce and ship to pet stores all over this country. sad
