Cayuga County Family Court Support Magistrate George Shamon Biased Support Magistrate Needs to be Booted Auburn New York

The Support Magistrate in Cayuga County, Auburn NY is a very biased man and I don't know how he keeps his job as a magistrate. My story will continue as follows:

My case with my ex husband and I started in 2005 WHEN I was working and was able to pay my child support. Shortly after I lost my job due to my daughter(I also have a child that lives with me and I support on my own with no help from biological father) was injured and had to constantly run back and forth to doctors appointments. Well I went in to ask the judge for a downward in my support order. He did not do anything so I left it at that. My child support has gone up numerous times because I was unable to find work. Which each and every time I went back into court and Mr. Shamon did nothing. There was one time he got me on a violation and didn't seem to care. Again I will be going to court on 22nd of August for another violation. See if he does anything with this one. 

I have always gone as far as writing to the district court,the people that oversee Cayuga County Family Court, my senator, my governor, anyone that I could think of that would listen to me. The reason I decided to take it to that level was because Mr. Shamon is so biased and once he takes sides with one parent he sticks with that one person and wont budge. With all the letters I wrote to everyone I heard nothing. I actually even wrote the Child Support Enforcement Unit to let them know what the magistrate was doing, again heard nothing. So by the sounds of it no one in NYS cares what the child support order is. All they want is the non custodial parent to pay their support regardless of the circumstances. 

So to close out my statement or whatever you call it here Mr. Shamon is a very biased man and need to be REMOVED from the bench and give the position to someone that is going to follow NYS rules and regulation regarding NYS child support. Come people we need to come together to get a petition together to get him removed from the bench. If enough people come together it for sure can happen. He's done wrong to too many people and he should not able to continue doing what he is doing.
