Best Rv does not care about their customers after the purchase that stated by the owner himself! Manteca California

We purchased a 29.5 ft Forestriver, Wolfpack 5th wheel trailer from Best Rv on February 19th 2007. We loved the trailer, and were very excited to go camping!

Took it out the first time in March and realized the heater was leaking propane into the cabin, the gas pump leaked gas all over the ground, we noticed the blinds were split, and the shower pan was cracked. When we took it in for warranty work they fixed the propane leak, sealed the crack in the shower pan, and said they tighted up some bolt on the gas pump. They took out the blinds and said they were sending them back for replacement and that they had ordered a new shower pan.

April came around and we hadn't heard anything from Best Rv regarding parts coming in. We called, they said they would check into it. We went camping again. This time the gas pump was leaking worse.

We took the trailer back, they still had no parts. May came and went, no parts. June came and went, no parts. In July we asked them what was going on. Again they said they would check, but the guy that does the service had been in an accident and wouldn't be back for a few weeks.

We went camping again. The gas pump still leaked, and this time the left rear scissor jack broke.

When we returned home we took the trailer in and they showed us an order form they were "just then, for the first time" faxing to the manufacturer. August came, no parts, September came, no parts.

October is here and I called again. The owner said he faxed the paperwork again, and he faxed it to me with contact information. I called the contact "Lora" at the number Best Rv supplied me with. It was a faulty number.

I then went online found the correct number for the manufacturer, and was told there had never been a "Lora" that worked with this company. I was put in touch with the manager of warranty. They asked me to fax the parts order to them as they had never seen it before, and the parts would go out immediatly.

I filed a report with the BBB against Best RV.

The owner "Zee" called me screaming and threatening me that if I did not revoke my complaint he would never do the repair work on my trailer. That he had given me 100% workmanship. I told him that in no way was I satisfied there had been nothing done to my trailer, and that I would not revoke the complaint until work had been done. He stated that he has over 4000 customers and he does not care about them after the trailer is off their lot. That there are to many, and I can take my business elsewhere. He said there is a sign in his lobby that states he can refuse service to anyone he wishes, he does not have to do the warranty work on my trailer if he does not want to. He said he would refuse the parts I had faxed the order for.

This company does not care about their customers. They do not honor their web site stating "customers come first". They only care about bringing in the next dollar. Do not purchase from them!
