I already reported "Employment Guide" as a rip-off organization last week, the reason being that this organization charges you $27 just to get names and addresses of Work-At-Home companies easily accessed on your own on the internet.
I assume there must be hundreds more such companies. American Diversified Publications IS another one! They even have the gull to say in their advertisement letter: "Don't be fooled by companies offering programs similar to this and charging an up front fee!! . . ." And in the same paragraph they write, "This program (putting brochures inside stamped and already addressed envelopes) is included absolutely free with your purchase of our Home Workers Directory for only $30 plus shipping and handling."
In other words, we just love to call it "Directory" (when it really is an up front fee) for names and addresses screaming at you anyway when you use any search engine and enter: home workers . . . etc. By the way, the "good stuff" jobs were already filled. Hopefully some poor, naive soul reads this before sending off $30.

I was approached by one of my residents, I currently work at an assisted living facility for adults with chronic and severe mental health issues, to help him order this catalog because he wishes to earn some extra money, he has a small stipend from the state every month and before I would allow him to get roped into something less than savory I told him I would check it out. I'm so glad I did the research and was able to discourage this venture. It's deplorable that there are people out there who would market a 'product' such as this and be able to sleep at night!

Yes, it would be nice if all those suckers would come here BEFORE sending their money to scam artists for "work at home" jobs. But, they won't. They will believe the "pie in the sky" gibberish of the scam artists, no matter HOW ridiculous it sounds. They will come here whining for someone to help them get their money back because they believed some e-mail rather than common sense and good advice. Well, they get exactly what they deserve for their foolishness - NOTHING.

your totally right. Now they're asking for $59 though. i just received their order form/letter. I was somewhat skeptical about what i would be receiving for my 60 bucks, a directory. thank lucifer i searched it on google, and this website has more hits then even their own. thanks for helping people become aware of companies like this. these people will pay for their injustice's.
