Returned to TWC with promise of a Best Buy gift card. After 8.5 months 5-6 phone calls and 3 chat sessions still no card and redemption center does not have my name as a recipient. Just a scam. Do not fall for the rewards program unless you get it in writing within a day or two of making the switch. They will ask you if you received a post card with the redemption # on it, but they never tell you that you are supposed to receive a post card with a redemption number. The first I heard about it was when I inquired why I still had not received it. Now 8.5 months later they tell me I had to register the redemption number within 30 days of switching to TWC. No more phone calls to them. I will never speak to them again unless it is a technical issue.

Good evening,
I understand your frustration as I went through a similar situation. However it is not a scam, not only did I get my $150 best buy card, I got a $200 one as well for upgrading to signature home. it took a while and a lot of phone calls but it isn't a scam, did you register for your card with your redemption code?
