He did a half--- job. He has all but disappeared after I paid him $150 to handle the redemption process for me. I had to file a ucc financing statement by myself in my state. He wouldnt even look at it to see if I did it the right way. He is lazy and acts like a clown. Everything I paid for is in vain. A total waste of time. He also posted my personal information online where anyone can see it and won't take it down. It's a half job. The Internal Revenue Service and the rest of them will laugh to death if I show up in tax court with the peice of ---- I printed out from Les RACKETti. He is running a RACKET. Hence, his last name! He has other sites he wants to throw at people to make money. I am not interested in his other sites when he can't even finish one project I paid him for! I don't recommend this guy at all- unless $150 is nothing to you.

I create UCC1 filings for people who wish to make a creditor claim against their debtor. To comply with the UCC1 legal requirements one needs to have a contract in place between the two parties and to reinforce this to make a public notice. I facilate this by creating the contract documents and filing the UCC1 online and then posting a public notice onne. Optionally I suggest people publish a notice making reference to the online posting in a newspaper - saving them literally hundreds of dollars if they were to do a full public nitice. The gentleman in question called me up and desperately wanted me to create his documents that day. Usually this takes a few days for me to complete and some more time to allow for reviews back and forth for changes revisions, additional information etc. And so to accomodate him I dropped everything and using the information he gave me completed the documentation, filed the UCC1 fiing and posted it online. Well he was extremely upset that I filed the UCC1 and without even contacting me - filed this complaint. Needless to say not wanting to spend anymore energy on this I returned his money either late that evening or the following day.
