This is the single worst hosting company ever. Here is why:

1. They just resell servers from various other datacenters but appear as if they have their own hardware
2. It took over 3 weeks to set up my server. None of my support tickets have ever been answered
3. when the server was finally up, it sometimes went offline for a few days at a time. Naturally I had no way of contacting the support and no way to reboot the server myself
4. I hate signing up for new accounts, but I created one here just to post this. Internoc24 practically scammed me, the least I can do is leave a review

If anyone needs proof, I will post screenshots, give my account login info (there's nothing I can do with it anyway)

This customer dont say/write the truth:

The first ticket was not answerd, thats right. The second Ticket was answered and the VPS setup, but not after 3 Weeks,, 3 Weeks is a lie from the customer.

The Customer can open a Supportticket, 24h a Day, 7 Days a Week. He dont open a ticket. If a customer dont open a SUPPORT Ticket, we dont know there issue.

Thats realy funny, he have a working VPS and we scammed him? Hmm, this is the point who every must know, that he is lyng.

 

 

After we get the Information about this report, we contact the customer, we DONT RECEIVE any answer within TWO Weeks, so it is not our fault, if the customer ignore us.

so now they replied to my ticket

After my server has been offline again for 2 days, I signed into their support interface to ask what is going on. I tried to submit a new ticket, but was unable to do so (staff on holiday notice).

So I tried to update one of my old tickets to let them know my server is offline again. In the ticket I find a message from their staff:

Hello Sir,

i prefer to delete this Report:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Internoc24com/internet/Internoc24com-Internoc24-Paid-for-hosting-took-3-weeks-to-get-my-server-no-support-tic-1157288

to prevent termination of your Service. (Tos §7)

and another dated a few days afterwards:

We dont receive any answer so we have temp. shutdown the VPS. The VPS would be unblocked after the wrong Review is deleted.
