 HUD Making Home Affordable & Mr Kevin Carter, who I believe has a number of aliases. Kevin Rasher is Agent of Service. Kevin Carter has used the Wells Fargo logo, Making Home Affordable logo. His email is kevincarter@wellsfargomodification.us Believe nothing, research, Kevin Carter is a complete fraud. I had been using this firm to assist in a modification with Wells Fargo. As stated in many complaints out there.... he informed us of trial period of 3-5 months. We paid him $1376.43, and then my husband lost job of 32yrs. Started process over and again we qualified for another modification trial. Asked for proof and rec'd a story. Called HOPE, HARP & Wells Fargo none of the agencies worked with Mr Carter. I was advised by all not to send any money. Requested my money back as it was not forwarded to any legal agency. It is not for escrow acct. To date no calls, contact or payment. I invite all that have been scammed to file complaint. Filed complaints with Atty General, BBB, Rip Off, Small Claims, Federal Trade Comm, consumer list, usa.gov, complaints.com, complaintboard.com, consumerlist.com, pissedconsumer.com,
