On 9/02/2013 I updated my GunBroker LLC account email address, I confirmed the change via the link sent in an automated email to me at my new address.
Immediately after clicking the link, I was taken to a page stating that "Your account is under review". I could no longer access my account and cannot communicate with buyers that purchased items from me, in effect, I cannot complete transactions and have suffered a loss of sales.
I have tried contacting the company several times with no reply, my account was verified and they have my credit card and checking account information on file.
I should be entitled to a refund for my listing fees and immediate re-activation of my account as they are charging me for a service I cannot utilize. I have experienced a financial loss of over $700 for one listing alone, not counting the numerous other listings I have that still show up on the GunBroker.com website but since my account is locked/under review I cannot complete these transaction and or communicate with bidders/buyers.
I am seeking legal action against GunBroker, LLC if this problem is not immediately resolved. This is a very shady company that doesn't even list a telephone number and uses a P.O. Box as the company address, you cannot make contact with a live person and many other users have had this same experience.
Zero communication from a company that has collected hundreds if not thousands of dollars in listing fees over the past two-three years from me, I cannot view my account and see my statements, etc. however they continue to initiate EFT's (Electronic Fund Transfers) from my checking account for a service (again) that I cannot utilize.

I have attempted to contact GunBroker LLC, the company does not provide a telephone number and has not responded to my request(s) to have my account re-activated. As a result, I have lost sales and can no longer communicate with my buyers to complete transactions. The company (GunBroker LLC) has not responded to my request for a credit to cover my listing fees, as my account was locked I cannot utilize the services they provide and continue to have my checking account charged for service I am not receiving. You and I both know who was in the wrong, the person in the wrong was GunBroker, LLC.
1 - I never created multiple accounts.
2 - Why isn't a telephone number provided to speak with a customer service agent, or at the very least, to leave a voicemail and call-back number? You list a fax number and a P.O. Box for the LLC's address, this is very shady in my book.
3 - Why did my account become locked in the first place? This question has never been answered by anyone at GunBroker support. I simply updated my email address and my account was locked, with several high-value transactions in progress I needed to reach someone at GunBroker, LLC so that I could complete the transactions and communicate with the buyers but could not do so as my account was under review and the reason for my account being under review was never made clear to me.
4 - My account was terminated due to multiple support tickets, you run a online auction site and should have adequate customer service agents to provide support. This issue was caused by GunBroker, LLC and I expect a company that is being paid to list my items to provide adequate support and answer a customers question as to why my account was under review.
5 - You were given a chance to work things out as a professional company would, you blasted me after I did the proper thing (alerted the BBB) as to the issue and THREATENED me by holding my account hostage until I removed the BBB report. This is known as EXTORTION and is illegal, the BBB has stated that such practices are prohibited and you will be marked by the BBB for such activities.
6 - You claim I have trespassed, according to my attorney's I have not violated any law nor the GunBroker, LLC user agreement.
7 - I have several well known and prominent attorney's at my disposal and will take legal action against GunBroker, LLC. At this time, I have been advised to refrain from discussing any pending legal action with anyone who works for/employed by GunBroker, LLC.
8 - I have filed two more BBB reports as per the BBB guidelines, as these two new reports reflect the disgraceful operating procedures in which GunBroker, LLC. engages in.

This is problematic as I'm trying to communicate with a buyer and now the buyer is considering backing-out of the transaction as I'm unable to communicate with them, resulting in a loss on my end. My previous email:********@*******.*** is no longer active and hence, I had to change my email address to continue using the GunBroker website, My current email is: ********@*******.*** I'm extremely disappointed in the GunBroker system, I have sold and purchased many items over the last 2+ years and have never had any outstanding balance and or negative feedback. I rely on this website to both sell and buy my firearms, ammo, parts and accessories and this error has cost me a loss in sales as my listings are no longer active and prospective buyers cannot bid/purchase and or complete transactions with me. Please reply within 24 hours of receiving this message, I should be entitled to compensation (for my listing fees) as I cannot conduct any transactions and the listing fees should be considered null and void as I am unable to utilize the website.
