Debbie (aka Deb, Debra, Deborah) Lynn Dina Errington is a thief.

Deb stole money from taco bell when she worked there when she was about 15 or 16 years old. She was fired!

Deb was about 15 years old when she did it with her first boyfriend, Jim. Dave was Debbie's second or third boyfirend.

At Bob's Big Boy in Lakewood, California, Debbie took a small syrup container. I ended up with it and have it here.

Debbie & Joe (husband) got high, smoke pot, Marijuana and snort Cocaine. Debbie has, or had my power bong. It's used for smoking pot. It was with my things.

Deb had an abortion before going to Florida. Mick thought that it wasn't his baby because Debbie was sleeping around with other guys while Mick was in Florida but Debbie said the baby was Micks'. I forgot to say that Debbie and Mick was already married!

Months after Debbie was married to Joe (Mick). Joe and Debbie moved to Orlando, FL. He was in the reserves. Deb had one or two affairs in Orlando, FL. Deb slept with an Elvis Presley impersonator (I saw his performance one night), and the other guy was a gas station attendant where her car broke down in Arizona. I was with Debbie. We drove from Florida to California. My Mom flew me to Florida so Debbie would be safe coming back to California. Mick wanted to divorce Debbie but they worked it out. The night Debbie's car broke down, she put me on a fight to California. Debbie stayed behind to get her car fixed the next day. So she stayed the night with the gas station attendant that she just met.

Years later, in 1987, Debbie said that she would storage all of my things until I could get them from her. Meanwhile, Cindy and Charlie would bring some of my things up to me because Charlie went to a job in California. We all (Cindy, Charlie, Me) lived in Washington. In, 1997, I asked Debbie if she would ship at lease one box to me each month. She never did. After about 14 years of asking Debbie for my things we (Mick, Debbie, Mark) got into heating emails back and forth for about a week or so. Then she finely sent me my things. During this time Debbie was opening my taped boxes and seeing what I had. She took items that she wanted. I have a good long term memory and I remember most of my stuff. In an email, Debbie also confess that she removed some items from my taped boxes. So because Debbie made me mad I got Mick fired and they had to move. The main reason Mick was fired was because he was using his company computer on company time and using his company email address. So I guess Debbie doesn't mind moving.

I asked Debbie to send me Dad's bank statements 90 days after the Trust account was closed. I am not sure if she is going to send them to me or if I can file with an Attorney to get them from her. If Debbie destroys the Trust bank statements, I am not sure what I can do. Do you want to help me sue Debbie for the bank statements if she doesn't send them to me 90 days after she closes the Trust account? Maybe we can sue for some extra money from Debbie. Or maybe, RIGHT NOW, we can lock the Trust account, siding that Debbie might be stealing money from Dad's Trust account base on the info in this letter. Appointing Glenda as the new Trustee because Cindy and Debbie are to close and Debbie may tell Cindy what to do.
