CMH fuel additive is a scam. The product, CA40g isn't mix when you receive, CMH claims if you shake the bottle it will become homogenous. It never does and the calcium sulfonate in the product causes a gooey sludge build up in the fuel tank and fuel injector system. CA40g will not mix with most gasoline either. I tried mixing in a small container at multiple gas stations, some gas didn't mix at all, some mix partially, none ever completely mixed.

CMH tells the customer that it will get mixed while the gas is being dispense in the fuel tank. We found, the CA40g clings to the fuel tank fill stem and will slough off into the fuel tank. Adding CA40g will accumulate in fuel tank until it is a sludge and gets sucked into the fuel line. Any dirt, water or debris in fuel tank makes this happen almost immediately. Several people told us they lost power of engine on highway and the engine completely shut down. They had to have their vehicles towed for repair. Everyone had same problem, sludged up fuel tank and fuel injection system.

Also, CMH does not have any real laboratory data to back up their claims. They pay farmers and National Radio Talk Show hosts to say bullsh_t about their product. Ask CMH for real data and they don't know what to do. They cannot compete with Lucas Oil and others, that have the technology and money to prove their products.

In addition, CA40g is not approved to be used by the USEPA on or off road. CMH can not afford to pay the 250K for testing to get approved by USEPA Air quality. We called USEPA and asked about this product and this is what they told us. Call yourself and ask, the EPA Air quality is very informative on fuel additives. These fuel additives can release harmful by-products that we all breathe.

Speaking with real automotive engine engineers, this product cannot work on new vehicles. New vehicles have oxygen sensors in combustion chamber of engine and oxygen sensor on exhaust. The fuel injection system computer adjusts to get the proper oxygen in combustion chamber and exhaust, this will assure a complete fuel burn and fuel efficiency. Anyone we had using CA40g that has a newer vehicle with fuel injection, all requested money back because seen no difference.

Beware of the big hype of CA40g fuel additive on National Public Radio. It is nothing but a SCAM.
