I want to point out to everybody that Integrated Management Associates, which also goes by the names Nouveau Tech Secret Society, Neo Tech Publishing Company and the Athenian Secret Society, is really a Multi-Level Marketing scheme that is designed to rip off as many people as possible.
The President of the company is Wallace H. Ward, but he goes under the fictional name Mark Hamilton. He has a long history of lying to people to sell books.
The company (operating under the name Neo Tech Publishing) recently had it's membership revoked at the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada due to false advertising.
Here are parts of a letter that "Mark" put on the internet concerning his Multi-Level Marketing scheme:
*****************
To: Level Four Apprentices
From: Mark Hamilton
Re: Level-Four Follow Up
Network Marketing Opportunity:
Hello apprentices. For your network marketing opportunity, I have dropped the $350 initiation fee. So, instead of trying to make a $450 sell in your Introduction Meeting, you will only need to make a $100 sell.
Moreover, I have decided that the ongoing burden placed on a member to pay half his dues to royalties is too great beyond the first year. Therefore, the royalty period, during which NT splits the $100 with you 50/50, will last for a new member's first year only. After the first 12 months, the member's dues drop in half, from $100 per month down to a more affordable $50 per month, for the royalty paid out ends. That makes the Society of Secrets membership much more affordable to everyone.
The first year, the $100 per month will seem like a bargain, however, and you will play a big role in that. You see, part of your role and success will come through holding workshops to help new members with the material in their heirloom packages.
Here is the exciting part: I have about thirty-five thousand Neo-Tech members who are just like you - searchers - who purchased and read all three Heirloom packages. I could send them a letter tomorrow and eighty percent of them would be here with you, subscribed to the web site and moving on the Network Marketing Opportunity and the Political Opportunity.
Instead, I have saved them for those of you who really take a serious, active role in the Network Marketing Opportunity. For those of you who initiate, plan, create, prepare, practice, and actualize the Introduction Meetings, the Workshop Meetings, and the Clubhouse Meetings . . . I will pour more and more of those energized Neo-Tech Members into YOUR down line!
***************
So . . . according to "Mark", the cost of joining this Multi-Level Marketing scheme is $100 per month. And that doesn't count the cost of buying the books in the first place. So that's over $1,200 for the first year. And Mark keeps half the money for himself. (when somebody pays $100 per month, he keeps $50.)
Not only that, but he's only giving certain people positions at the top of this pyramid scheme. He's not doing it fairly by giving the opportunity to all 35,000 Neo-Tech Members at the same time.
The person who is really making money off of this is Mark Hamilton and his special hand-picked members.
I looked up Multi-Level Marketing on Wikipedia, and it said, "Fewer than 1% of all members actually show any type of return, and the actual owners of these MLM, their executives, and a handful of the people who started the company fron the beginning actually make money."
So please don't become another victim. The best thing to do is to avoid dealing with Mark Hamilton and his MLM scheme.
To see the entire letter that I mentioned above, please go to Wikipedia and type in "Integrated Management Associates". It is in the external links section.

Neo-Tech Cuts through Subtle Deceptions
AUTHOR: Yon - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, January 26, 2010
When something makes a profound impact on you, it's natural to want to stand up and defend it! Today I was searching for Neo-Tech and found this ripoff report, and I had to stop to write a response, because this report is WAY OUT OF LINE!
Neo-Tech provides every honest and innocent value creator with incredible tools for defending themselves from people who attack and destroy and steal. The Neo-Tech information packages show you how to identify and see through the illusions that parasitic losers use to manipulate people out of their earned values. For example, Neo-Tech shows how many of today's executives operate a 'White Collar Hoax' - where those with inside connections master the art of camouflaged laziness - delegating the nitty-gritty work and sitting back with the door closed, but always on the ready to looking fiercely busy as soon as the door opens. Oh, perhaps you have a boss like that. Or consider a few of my Physics professors who didn't understand what they were teaching, but just tried to pass off their ineptitude in communication on 'the subject requires arduous study, you must not have read your text sufficiently, next time come prepared'. Or consider the dishonest politicians that will rouse the empathic emotions toward compassion by talking about the sick, poor, elderly, disabled, and then use these emotions to vilify anyone who points out the gross inefficiencies of the programs that are created to benefit them, "You can't possibly suggest cutting the funding to the welfare programs" (the fallacy being that if you really cared you would demand that the funds to be used most efficiently - and that is accomplished by volunteer organizations that compete for donations by delivering the most result per dollar received.)
Neo-Tech is inherently dangerous to lazy individuals who obtain a living through camouflaged laziness - because suddenly honest hard working individuals like yourself can see through their illusions. This knowledge is POWERFUL! And you can begin applying it immediately! You quickly discover that real power and happiness comes from creating values for yourself and others. Contrast {a productive individual who is digging himself out of debt by reducing his expenses and increasing his honest efforts} with a {wealthy individual who does nothing productive and has simply positioned himself to skim off the efforts of others - like the lazy manager, the false guilt foisting professor, or the altruistic politician}. Real Power and happiness comes from earning an honest living, and you probably already imagine the sour bureaucratic faces of the rich losers - they have no real power, and their years of deceptions have left them with no real self-esteem. Those sad, lazy losers are to be pitied, because their world is coming to and end. Neo-Tech undermines their do-nothing lives, and so they write false ripoff reports, in a last ditch attempt to keep people from finding them out.
Neo-Tech may have considered utilizing a multi-level marketing approach, but the marketing approach has nothing to do with the value of the product. Think about that! The author of the report is vilifying A MARKETING APPROACH! Companies have lots of options for marketing (hire a sales team and pay wages and/or commissions on sales, hire a marketing team to put together an ad campaign, or use affiliate/multi-level marketing, allow many more people to participate in the distribution, and earn commissions based on results). A company will naturally consider each option and decide what strategy is right for THE SHARE HOLDERS! But those internal company decisions have little affect upon the end customer. The final analysis for any end customer is simply "what is the product worth?" If the value you receive from the product is greater than the price (and you consider the other things that the funds could have provided), the question is, is the value of the product worth the price?
In my life, I have found overwhelming YES IT IS! And with a strong 100% satisfaction guarantee, everyone should feel confident in having a look for themselves.
This report could have been far more effective if instead of simply asserting that Neo-Tech was a scam based on some stale marketing plan he found on the internet, (a lot of typing for someone out to protect you... but not a lot of typing for someone desperately trying to protect his bogus livelihood from honest individuals figuring out his scam), InUtahButNotMormon, could have looked for himself, read the materials and decided for himself if he would like to enter a new life of honest effort, real power, and genuine self-esteem. He could have told us whether or not he liked the product, whether or not he found it valuable or a waste of time, whether or not he made use of the refund, whether or not he got his money back and how he was treated by their customer service. No, we're left with a picture of sad sour faced man who fears the potency of honest value creation, attacking a company that delivers an incredible product, because he found one letter saying it used a particular marketing strategy.
There ARE many really GOOD things in life! Your Life is SO VALUABLE, more than nearly everyone realizes! Everyday is a choice, will you make something of this day, this hour, this second? Will you become the person you were meant to be? You can do it with or without Neo-Tech (I found Neo-Tech to be incredibly helpful!) Start today! Start by economizing, get your household consuming less than you produce or bring in. Pay down your debts faster than you accumulate them. Live within your means. Be kind to your family, go the extra mile! Deliver more value to your customers than you are paid or expected to do. Work harder and smarter at your job than you would need to to keep your position. Think of ways to make life better and ACT ON THEM! Trade in your prime-time distractions for a productive hobby that you can be passionate about - and turn it into a part time incredibly FUN PROFIT EARNING ENTERPRISE! (The cure for a sunken economy is not regulation, taxation, inflation[theft], government 'creation of jobs', for [disasterous]wall street bailouts[also theft]) - the cure for a sunken economy is for individuals, families, companies, and governments to live/operate within their means. That is all it takes. Think about it. If you had money left over at the end of the month, wouldn't you be feeling GREAT! Well, you can, but it takes looking at your situation with strength and honesty.
Neo-Tech is defined as Fully Integrated Honesty, that hard disciplined LOOKING at WHAT IS - the reality of every situation - and bypassing the illusions that 'we can stimulate the economy by giving people money to spend' (that only results in inflation, because there are now more dollars chasing the same about of products - it is theft from those that saved their money years ago, or those than lent their money recently, it is also theft from the poor and elderly and sick who will receive the same amount of money next year, but that money won't go as far as last year.) You see why I feel justified in exposing the parasitic losers for what they are. For all their talk of higher causes and altruistic mumbles, we would be far better off without them.
Start NOW! Start making your life better for yourself and your family by gaining the fullest understanding of life that you can. There is something magical that happens the moment you break even - the moment you start getting ahead in life! (Be prepared for set-backs, they come to us all) But begin your journey to the heights of prosperity and happiness by getting honest, and putting in the effort to reach your dreams. Neo-Tech is a powerful tool if you care to look into it more. It has made a tremendous difference in my ability to visualize what needs to be done and to do it.
Why would I write such a long response? Because hidden within this response are keys that will help you take your life to the next level. Already within this message your life is better. You can see more clearly the factors that determine your happiness or stagnation. And as you become a creator of values, I will line up as one of your first customers. I eagerly do business with honest individuals who are pulling themselves up by their bootstraps. YOUR EFFORTS NOW are the most precious and valuable of all, because with your success today, tomorrow you will employing 3 or 4 more, and weeks from now your empire will be growing like mine, and we will have many wonderful and rewarding exchanges of values. You will find a way to create values that enrich my life, and I will pay you for them! This response is my gift to you! Create something valuable during your 'free time' and help us save the economy!
The future is Far Brighter for the Creators of Value! Join us and Live the life you were meant to live!

It's Not True, Neo-Tech is not about being an MLM. Neo-Tech is about Making All The People Rich Including The Poor!

Dear Sir In Utah,
I also received a letter from the Neo-Tech Society and I must say that I am glad I did. I am a retired spec. education instructor. I have also lived and worked with missionaries, (a minister and wife while attending jr. college), as well as working with several evangelism fellowships and other ministries. I have always been firm about participating in truthful endeavors, both in my personal life and in the business world. The problem has been that it is becoming increasingly more and more difficult to find honest business practices. It is difficult to know who to trust; especially when looking for an on-line work at home opportunity.
I operate and maintain a non-profit Autism Awareness Website to promote autism awareness. Because I am a single parent of a disabled young adult who is no longer in school, I have been looking for valid work at home internet companies. If you want to receive information then you must provide a way to be contacted. I don't think there is anything illegal about purchasing a list of names from people that have requested info. regarding how to work at home through the internet. You can have anything you want for which you are willing to pay the price.
In the letter I received, (as well as subsequent correspondences, it was always within my power to respond to either receive more info or not). I have not been disappointed in the truth and honesty I have experienced in the writings of Mark Hamilton, Frank R. Wallace, or The Secret Society member website.
I am an educated person who has been around the block more than once. I find the information which I receive daily either in writings or personal relationships with Neo-Tech members has provided me with resources I can rely on to be TRUTHFUL AND OF GREAT VALUE TO ME! I have found many online bus opportunities which are NOT rip offs at the member site, as well as the member employment opportunity section on the website THAT IS NATIONAL TO THE US and can provide OUT OF THE HOME employment with individuals or companies, (ALSO NEO-TECH MEMBERS), that care about promoting truth and honesty as I do, both in my relationships as well as in my employment; so that I do not have to compromise my values in order to earn a living. THANK YOU RIPOFFREPORT.COM FOR PROVIDING A REBUTTAL SECTION TO YOUR SITE, this is an example of the kind of Truthful Value Creation that the Society of Secrets promotes in its straight forward business practices.
