Moving Labor Services RIP OFF OWNER IS DAN CUNNINGHAM MOVER STAFFERS! Lancaster Pennsylvania

Dan Cunningham is a scam artist trying to sell his company through a Florida business broker. He lies about the amount of moves he make. He lies to his own friends customers accountant lawyer as to where his money has came from. He runs multiple scams with multi business names and then puts the money into one account. He then does a bust out and steal money from his customers to make ends meet and tries to find suckers to buy his business.

He says he was a consultant at moving store - but a post from him says he owned it!
That business went broke because no one would buy it.

He has kazta and many other businesses he puts his cash into one account to boost the revenue to find a sucker to buy his account. The mafia does this - many illegal criminal groups do this! This is how they make the cash. Once they sell the company - like moving staffers - they move into another company they have had started year or so earlier and re-peat the process. The scam is to old as old as prostitution.

To any buyers of Dan business - I warn you - the books are cooked - the fraud is high!

Dan will screw you just like me! But he'll get more money out of you! If he got me for 99 he'll get Clermont man for 5K and the buyer of the company for 100's k

All you have to do is talk to the owner of moving staffers! Call the last guy he screwed on a sale. He even admits it was a sale in a post!

Robert, this is bordering on obsessive. It's very obvious you harbor some personal grudge against Dan, and all this is doing is making you out to be in the wrong. If you were an actual customer, state your case and move on.

ok we do have some issues here i was sent out on a unload job the young man was very distraught upon my arrival at the loading end the crew NOT MINE was 1 1/2 hours late he said there 2 young guys that showed up and just threw his stuff on the truck VERY UNPROFESSIONAL but that is not all just the beginning as my crew began the unload process we found many actuall alll items were damaged as you will find in customer profile there are 20+ pictures of damage due to the fact of improper loadind and improper consideration of the customers personal belongings this was totally wrong to do a shipper this way i have been doing this for 20 years and i have trained my crew to treat the shippers furnitue like it was theirs they surely would not appreciate their furniture to be just thrown on a truck un padded and destroyed as this shippers was the young man was ready to break down in tears as he seen alll this damage to his brand neww furniture he had just recently purchased 2 weeks ago i had to explain to him the way the stuff should have been properly loaded and explain their paperweork on their insurance that will only cover up to 2000.00 in damage claim which will not cover all the damages that was done to this sshipment so we need to be more courteous and professional when dealing with customers they are our paychecks and advertisement to build this industry all it takes is a few bad jobs like this and we do not get work i personally do not go to every job but i do show up on occasion but we are all family at my company and we all have been in the industry for 12+ years

A customer has called me twice about a damage claim. She states that just her two televisions were "damaged." (Though I really doubt this claim, especially since we loaded her up on 6/30.) Who do I tell her to call?? Marlon

If I were you, I'd ask her to send you the 2 TV's and then you'll send her $.60lb coverage as stated in the contract.

You'd prob get 2 nice tv's for under $60 - OR, as I'm sure she will NOT persue it any longer as the claims are prob invalid.

I just want to get paid, you can make up whatever you want to not pay me though. ( ps Robert knows quite a bit about you that I had no idea of).
Robert you are in Pennsylvania, you can still file a small claims case against MLS.
I have dealt with freight companies like this that have gone out of business and at least gotten a little $$ from the settlement.
Usually 30-40%.
There is also the deceptive trade practices law ( may be called something else in Pa)

The state takes moving complaints very seriously and should be able to help you.
You stated that you moved your mother from a nursing home so MR. Dan he might have moved in another state and under another name.

I've done nothing to emove, they own a competing business is all - My last suit from them was because my slogan was to close to theirs. So, again all your LIES should stop. This is crazy now.

Read my other post - I do thousands of moves with one person YOU making a butt of himself in front of the entire moving world. I will state again, if this is truly a customer call me 866.874.8059 ext 715 - As I have NO record of a Robert scheduled through us in Scranton, PA and certainly would have refunded the measely $99 if that was truly the reason you needed to cancel - Deaths are never taken lightly. If movers don't show up you're refunded immediately.

I've given over my bank statement to people so they can see i've given LOTS AND LOTS of refunds for real reasons not fake ones or to people who go online and threaten me in this manner.

I have a feeling we'll find the person in Florida as MOST everything on here personally only one person knew of and we ended our friendship recently. As soon as that happened, all this started.

He takes a deposit from you and if no one shows up - keeps half or all of it.

Last year Moving Labor Services Said the same thing! Here is his cell number. He keeps your money and never returns it. NO other people do this.....He does not have labor but contracts out - the people collect the rest of the money for themselves. If this only happens a few times a month then why have all this fuss over 200 bucks (50 X 4 no shows a month). Any good business man would say hey...I don't need the bad PR and give the 200 bucks back.

Hi All,
After my trying move I decided to post my experiences with the readers of this board. Initially I decided to move with We-Haul Inc. & Moving Labor Services for a move from Miami, Florida to Burlington, North Carolina. One week before my move i decided to research my movers. I don't know why i did i just got this gut feeling. After reading this board and after reading bad reviews of both these companies i decided to cancel my move.
So here I was stuck one week before my move with no movers. I called Movex, Broadway Express and ABF U-Pack. Here's some advice if you want it: Get quotes from all three and make them compete. I managed to get Movex down to 1100, for 6x8x9 feet of space with a company like Broadway Express. Broadway Express couldn't accomodate me in time (they could accomodate me the day after I had to move). ABF U-Pack could accomodate me on the day and time that i needed.
I decided to move with ABF U-Pack because they are actually movers not brokers like Movex. They were slightly move expensive ($1200). I would like to point out that ABF U-Pack is a freight company.
Broadway express uses an Air-Spring Cushion Suspension. ABF uses the one that they use to transport freight (more of a Rough Ride).
ABF arrived half an hour early. They dropped the trailer off, i loaded it in about 2 hours and they came for it one and a half hours later. I drove up to North Carolina expecting delivery three days later. ABF called me one day early and i set up delivery for the next day. I called Labor Ready and they set up labor for the very next day. Both Labor Ready and ABF came one hour early. The driver waited while I unloaded the truck and i was done in one hour and a half.
So u may ask why i cancelled with We-Haul. Well quite honestly it was because of advice from this board. We-Haul has always been polite and accomodating to me. I honestly can't say bad things about the service except that they are not easy to get updated information about your move. That is they explain it over the phone, but if you are like me and require visual proof it may take a little nagging to actually get it.
I am glad i cancelled with Moving Labor Services. There service has been atrocious from the get go. Intially when u call them to set up labor it is like a perfect dream. They are so accomodating and have easy answers that u want to hear. Once they bill you the intial $99 beware!!!! If you cancel with them for any reason they keep $50 of that!!! Also Moving Labor Serivces contract labor. They are not staffed with laborers.
I set up labor with them. Then four days later after i had not heard from the movers, who by the way were supposed to call me back the next day. Also they had taken down the wrong address (quote vs. actual address) which i had pointed out but they had not fixed. So i left a message for Liz. No reply. I left another message. No Reply. So i took a chance and randonly dialled a different extension. I got someone named Joe. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he would fix the error and email me a copy. He also apologised for the movers not calling. He said he could not get in touch with the movers but he would try again that evening and get back to me. I was uneasy from this moment on.
The next day after not recieving the email & phone call that i was promised, i decided to call Liz again. After explaing the problem above she said that the problem had been fixed and it showed so one her screen. I of course asked where was my email. At this point we were cut off. I think i was hung up on. The reasons that i think so are as follows: She did not call me back even though the page with all my information was up one her screen & secondly because i tried calling her back in the next fifteen minutes at various intervals (initally every 30 secs.) and she refused to pick up. I tried calling another extension. This time i got through to Pat. She asked me to hold and i was cut off again. She also did not call me back and i again did try numerous times to call her back. Eventually i called Joe. I was pissed by then and demanded that they cancel my order. He said okay and hung up. About one hour later Joe calls me back to find out why i cancelled my order. I explained everything that had happened and he again apologised.
I asked for confirmation of my cancellation and he said he would email it out to me. It has been nearly two weeks and i have yet to recieve my cancellation email. I recieved an email last week thursday indicating they had credited me my money back. I lost $100 as i had booked 2 jobs with them. The email shows that the credited the money one week and one day after i actually cancelled. I cancelled on the 19th and the credited me on the 27th.
Would i recommend Moveing Labor Services? Hell no. There customer service leaves much to be desired. I am sure that Liz or Pat or Joe will read this board. If i was cut off like u claim then the proper thing to do as business people would be to call them back. You had my information right in front of you. Also try and keep in touch with you clients. That's the least you can do.
I am neutral about We-haul Inc. The little contact that i had with them was good. I am glad that i didn't move with them though because a driver called me today (one week later than my move date) to ask me to let him in. That scared me to think what would have happened if i had stayed with them.
ABF and Labor Ready were quite honestly perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Refunds ARE in fact given, Claims are in fact paid, and the rest well - I'm at a loss

There is no truth to any of this - handymanstores was shut down on a mutual agreement between 4 partners and we all went our own way - They went with 1800topdogs I went with handymarketplace and the site isn't even open yet. Moving Staffers was sold out right over 2 years ago.
