The order for service was done and payed for (1st payment U$2,275) on June 21, 2004.

Pick up was scheduled initially for 07-16-04. Five days before, the pick-up date was changed to July 14th. The day before (07/13) at 4:30 pm, when everything was packed, they changed to the 19th, which was the same day we were leaving to Spain. Our travel plans were made according to the initial pick-up date informed by the company.

We had to move everything out of the apartment and store in our garage. On the 19th, they rescheduled to the 20th, and then to the 26, and then to August 2nd. And did not show up on Aug 2nd. We decided to cancel the service and request our original title for our ford focus and the 1st payment back (U$ 2,275)on August 4th. They never picked up the goods and won't refund the money. Won't return calls or answer e-mails.

Dear Rene,

Moving Services are not criminals as you portrayed us to be, the fact is the deposit that you were requesting never made itself into the bank, Moving Services never got the deposit that you gave for the job. THe bank rejected it and it was in review by our banks for weeks. We expliand that to you several of times and explianed that once we have a resolution we will know how to proceed, meening that if the money did make it to our account then we would refund you in full and if the banks decided to not honor te check then we would not because we never got it to begin with.

Now we would like to tell anyone who is reading this that you have defimated personal peoples names and the business name all for your personal selfish goals. Moving Services has a policy to refund deposits if it is rightfully due. Moving Serives has refunded many deposits to many customers.

Your tactics are wrong and childish. The fact that an employee is a convicted felon does not make your statements right.
Their are many convicted felons that have done so good for the world that it should shame you or even one day help save your life.

Michael Milken "junk bond king" defruaded many companies and investors for billions of dollars.
Today he is an advocate for cancer and helps cancer patients. His institute is called the milken institute.

You can also take Nelson Mandela.
So rene to conclude, your deposit never made it to Moving Services bank account ane you have your money just like the accounting department predicted.

Your childish statements and you 5000 emails that you were sending us each day were meritless to say the least and maybe you will have some self respect and dignity and revise your comments on this website to reflect the real truth. We can back our statements with banking documents, CAN YOU?

FBI has new moving scam web site--file a complaint

I am also a victim. I have a report on this web site under the name Kaylee. They have taken everything I own and thousands of dollars from me too.

The FBI in Florida is investigating moving scam companies and has indicted a number of them, but hasn't yet indicted Moving Services. If we are to get them after Moving Services, all we victims need to file a complaint on their web site at http://miami.fbi.gov/movescam/htm or mail a complaint to

File A Police Report

Have you contacted the North Miami Beach Police Department and filed a report? Although you may not get your money back, the Law Enforcement Agency will file charges against the parties involved and possibly prosecute them. Many times these moving companies commit fraudulent acts upon the public which go unreported and therefore the local law enforcement agency is unaware of just how many victims there are.

The Police Departments phone number is 305-949-5500. File a report and prevent someone else from becoming a victim. The Detective Bureau's number is 305-948-2940..Good Luck
