To start with we bought our home in 2003 we did not know where to send our payment because we never got a welcome package here is your payment book nothing.I had to call around and try to find where we needed to send our first payment well finally we get something three month's later after i called them and they did not have us in the system so they could not take our money so we started right off the bat three months late.

They send us something saying we need to send them 3 months worth of mortgage payments (2,100.00)which was not easy for us we needed them to work with us specially since this was not our fault.They said ok well ever since then we have been going round and round with this company it has been the biggest nightmare ever.They would tell us to fax them stuff like pay check stubs and all kinds of stuff and then when we call them a few day's later they would either say they have not recieved it or that they needed more stuff.

While knowing that is putting us farther and farther behind.We have been lied to for the whole 2 years we have been with them .We are waiting for an answer on what they are going to do and we ger served that we are being forcloused on.So we call them and say what is going on they say send us 2000.00 and we will stop everything so we did(BIG MISTAKE)they never stopped anything next thing we know we are forced into fileing bankrutcy to save our home and they won't talk with or Lawyer and we go to make or FIRST payment on april 1st 2005 like we are supposed to since we filed bankrutcy and they said they can not take or payment they sold our home a MONTH AGO.

So our Lawyer is like i do not know what in the h*** is going on then they send us something in the middle of May saying we need to send a payment to them we are late and they are going to Foreclouse on us again.Our Lawyer tryed to contact them could not reach them for quit awhile and then he got something last week saying they have filed a 362 motion on us because we have not made our payment which means they are not going to except or bankruptcy and they are takeing our home anyway's.

We had 4 day's to decide if we want them to just take the home which is where i am about at because i am so sick of dealing with these lier's or we can pay 1,050.00 a month for the next 6 months because they want there mortgage payment plus the 2 month's late payment and 600.00 in lawyer fee's they have hit us with.We can not afford that kind of house payment.So we have no choice but to move and lose all the money we have put into our home and not including hireing a bankruptcy attorney that was 1000.00 down and our trustee payment and they still got or home we had to tell our Attorney yesterday that we give up basically.

But it is not over yet we would love to hear from anybody that is going through the same thing or wants to jump into a cival suit because that is what we are going to do.We were totally lied to and thought everything would be ok but we were very wrong.I have never seen a company lie so much it does not matter who you talk to there it's like they take a class or something to lie and cheat people out of there hard earned money and homes.I just hope that we can stop this from keep on happening to people it is just not fair.I have never been so stressed and nobody should have to feel this way or go through this stuff or be treated like they treat you it is awful.GET AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO AS FAST AS YOU CAN THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IN A HEART BEAT!!!!!

If you had read my post in full, you would see that I not only backed Buddy up, but that I also told them where payment information could be found, as well as some tips on calling into the company's call center.
Perhaps you should find something better to do that to try and find all of my posts.....take a spelling or grammar class, you could certainly use some improvement.

And to the author of this post....again I hope that your situation works out for the better!

Well this time you have proved you are stupid. You could'nt add you're own opinion so you agree with an educated one of another. Really until you learn a thing or two keep you're opinion to yourself. However you did show compasion so you get an A++++++++++++ for that.

I must agree with Buddy on this one. The money for the mortgage payments should have still been available. Also, it is customary for companies to provide information at the closing in regards to where to send payment if your coupon is delayed. It should be in your package of closing papers.

Also, when calling a huge company's call center, make sure you get the first and last name of the person you are talking to, as well as an extension or department # if possible, as you will probably not get the same person twice. If need be, ask to speak to a supervisor.
You should also be able to make a payment at a branch office.

I understand that you are in a bad situation, and I sincerely hope that it works out for the better!

Mortgage Payments

When Wells Fargo took over my mortgage from GE Capital about 8 years ago, it took Wells Fargo several months to send me notice as to where my payments should go. However, I kept writing out checks for my mortgage and deducting the money from my checking account. It appears that you thought you got to live mortgage-free until Wells Fargo contacted you as to where to send payments, and since they did not do that for three months into the term of the mortgage, you did not want to pay for that three months. You knew you had to pay mortgage payments from the first month forward, so why is it you did not have 3 months of payments to send? Anytime there is a dispute as to mortgage payments, where to send them, who is to receive them, etc., you must put the payment money into a suspense account (which could be something as simple as a separate envelope in your filing system, but just make out the check and deduct it from your checking account, or better yet, open a separate checking account so you will have proof when you deposited the monies into the account to show your good faith effort that you were intent on paying your mortgage). Make a record of who you called, what they said, send payments return receipt requested, and if they are returned, deposit the amount of the returned check into your "suspense account". When someone asks for the payments, and they will, you will have the money PLUS proof that you tried to pay.

I would like to speak to you but,the email address was not attached. I'm sorry you could'nt save your home.your right our stories almost the same. The tons of research I've done lead me to hundreds more. I urge you to write letters to every agency related .The attorney General,Wells fargo President,consumer affairs,better business bereau,Department of currency,Hud. Simply do a cover sheet that this letter you are sending will also be sent to all the other agencies and list them all. I have the addresses at home with more info. Please try to reach me.The more complaints they receive maybe someone will take notice.All the families they have cheated out of thier dreams. I'ts so sad.jinjustice@yahoo.com
They were restricted in CA but they found a way around it by buying 4 small companies and they do business under other names. You wouldn't beleive the tricks they have pulled to keep in business. Again sorry about your home I just pray I can save ours.It would destroy us to lose it.
