Chronopay, Mark Jones Hijacked Paypal and Ebay accounts under guise of payment processing 1077 XX Amsterdam Netherlands, Russia

This company postures itself as a payment processing agency, with customers in different countries. The notion is that agents process payments and ship funds to the customers use Western Union or other agency, minus expenses and a 10% commission per transaction.

I know, I know, youre thinking it sounds like the usual Internet ripoff that you get in your spam mail every day. But this outfit has a website, and the payments were made via Paypal, not snail mail or UPS. I also waited 10 business days to make sure there werent any chargebacks or complaints made.

Transfers went smoothly right up until the people involved complained that the Ebay items werent delivered. Apparently this type of activity also sends up red flags with Paypal as suspicious activity. As you may know, with Paypal and Ebay, you are guilty until proven innocent, so your account is suspended until the issue is resolved.

Attempts to further contact the company were futile; after numerous emails Mr Jones, who poses as the 'Direct Manager' in Human Resources, canceled his email address. Emails to the company directly have gone unanswered.

The solution here is simple: dont do business with these people.
