Top Ten Imports I-Heater will heat up to 1500sq.ft. What grap!! Indianapolis Indiana

I purchased a I-Heater on Jan. 25 from one of their dealers, out of Johnson City ,Tenn. Was really excited to bring home something to heat up to 1500 sq. feet and help save us 50% on our heat bill. With the raise in out eletric bill needed all the help we could get. Well it ran for a straight week and did NOTHING. And I mean NOTHING. So I tryed calling the place that sold it and they said I-Heater has a no refund policy. So they couldn't do nothing for me. I called the custumer service number and never got anyone to answer at all. Left my number finally after thier mailbox was emptied enough to take a message. So I filed a claim with the BBB on 2/8/2009 and got the reply to call 1-888-584-4470 a department able to handle the complant. The response was signed by a Laurel Ann @ 317-713-1188.So when I tryed to call Laurel Ann a guy answered and said she no longer work there. And this BBB response just came in. So why wasn't the right contact name on my reply???But he did take my name and would have someone contact me. And 3 days later she did. A very rude woman told me they do not do refunds but would replace the heater with another one.At which time I expessed how displeased I was with thier product and didn't want another one, just a refund. I asked to speek to someone higher up in managment and she told me to call Mr. O'Brain @ 765-584-4470. I did leave a message and he returned my call. At which time he was very rude and told me the same thing as everyone else at this run around place has told me for weeks. Please stay away from this product, it doesn't work.
