Blount County Sheriff's Office Assistant Chief Deputy Jeff French RIPS-OFF the citizenry of Blount County by filing a bogus ethics complaint against a commissioner who is NOT PART OF THE LAMBERT HOARD. Maryville Tennessee

The March 27, 2008 edition of The Daily Times offered us another example of the cowardice and complete stupidity of the Blount County Sheriff's Office and A$$ Chief Deputy Jeff French.

Keep in mind that this is the same dip$hit that "chimed in" with Capt. Ron Talbott on the whole "randomly, monthly" drug testing farce of a policy.

Is it "randomly"? Is it "monthly"?

Generally speaking "PROFESSIONAL, WELL-TRAINED" police departments usually have a completed policy that a captain and an a$$ chief deputy should know. Not a policy of just speaking off the top of your head like these two deralicts did.

But we already know about HOW "PROFESSIONAL" AND "WELL-TRAINED" TAKE ON A WHOLE NEW MEANING WITH THE BCSO.

Also, keep in mind that the Ethics Commission can only deal with violations concerning conflict of interest and benefits..not some light-loafered chicken-$hit "a$$ chief deputy" like Jeff French who got his little feelings hurt during another obvious attempt at "bullying" a female commissioner.

Blount County Mayor Jerry "fancy-pants" Cunningham was quoted as saying, "I think she accused him of wearing a wire."

Wasn't he? Don't they all? Yes, they do. She didn't accuse him of it anyways. She simply made the statement that she wasn't going to talk to him because he was probably wearing a wire. I just don't get it. Where's the ethics violation anyways, Jeffrey?

FYI - Anytime that you have conversation with any police officer, they have the technology on their person to record the audio of the conversation. Also, if you ever make the mistake of thinking that the sheriff is interested in what you have to say as a taxpayer, while you're sitting in his office you are video-taped and the conversation is being recorded. That's a fact not just an accusation.

Too bad that Sheriff Jimbo couldn't find the tape of when he threatened the Nuchols girl. How convenient.

Evidentally, Commissioner WPR "represented" her constituents which is something that the Lambert Hoard would know absolutely nothing about. Just so the lambert hoard knows - a REPUBLIC is a from of government where WE THE PEOPLE elect REPRESENTATIVES to REPRESENT US in government. Not Rock Quarries or local builders who are part of the family.

This proper "representation" of WPR in turn scared the $hit out of the coward Jeff french who is the A$$ CHIEF DEPUTY.LMFAO he obviously realized that he and the BCSO had been caught red-handed in an obvious state ethics violation.

What actually happaned was that WPR was questioning the a$$ chief deputy about the incident where a 77 year-old man was harassed by one of the BCSO employees after he questioned the sheriff over the cars THAT TO DATE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED. You should see the paperwork that the mayor came up with. What a moron! Now there's you an ethics violation. AN ETHICS VIOLATION OF NATURE!

I am still left asking the question as to why the BCSO has adopted a policy of extreme cowardice when dealing with their opponents? You should expect more from a department who now takes over half of our property tax monies.

Jerry "fancy pants" Cunningham was quoted on a Charter propagandist show as saying that what his side has been accused of is just a "political" attack.

Well, what is this Jerry?

There's absolutely nothing that the ethics commission can legally do conerning this situation. You're a lawyer. again, this is just one more thing that you should know but don't because you are a complete putz and stooge for the Lambert Hoard.

Here's the most ignorant part of what Jeff French is quoted as saying:
"I am a county employee and as a county employee, I think she crossed the line when she made accusations against me."

Accusations/ A simple question is an accuasation these days? No! Here's some accusations:

Blount County Sheriff James L. "JIMBO" Berrong is nothing more than a common criminal. He has done his best to keep his party and his family in the money by harrassing those (women, female jouranlists, old men) who question he and his family's undehandedness. In the process of being the lead SOLDIER for the Lambert Hoard, he has just about broken every piece of ethics legislation ever passed in this state or county. He is a CROOK JUST LIKE HIS PREDECESSOR.

A$$ Chief Deputy Jeff French is a rotten apple that fell from the fruity-tree of the sheriff. I told ya'll before that the fruit that is manufactured from the Berrong/Lambert tree is rotten before it hits the ground. I grew up with some of them and they are a pretty sorry lot to say the least. No morals whatsoever. rapists, murderers, sheriffs on the take. you name it, it's represented in this Blount County family of crooks.

What a pansie! Does he think that this helps his integrity or lack thereof? How stupid are these guys?

He also stated that if WPR "...thought that I was doing something unethical, she should have went to my bosses, the sheriff or the chief deputy."

What the hell good would that do? Do you honestly think that she wanted to be threatened by the sheriff? Things like burning her house down or setting her dog on fire? Yes, he has done it before.(there's you another accusation, skippy).

I couldn't think of a good nickname for French until now. From now on he will be Jeff "Skippy" French. As I think of his face, I just can't help but picture Skippy and another little girl playing with their dolls or holding hands skipping down the lane singing songs and talking about boys.LMFAO

So as you can see folks, things just keep getting better here in Blount County Tennessee. I know lots of people who want to sell their ancestral homes and leave the cess pool known as Blount County that the Lambert Hoard has created.

You see, we all have the INALIABLE right to protect ourselves. Doesn't really matter whether it is the police or not. Women, female journalists, and older men just don't have the same tools for fending off bullies that the rest of us do.

When a bully (like Skippy French) is acting in a threatening manner, as in the case of the BCSO harassing their opponenets(women, female journalists, old men), we have the right as AMERICAN citizens to end the threat. Check your Bill of Rights.

You'll have to get a schoolbook from somewhere other than Maryville High School because Maryville School Board Member and Lead Fruitcake Mark Cate tore out the bill rights from all history books. You really think I'd forget that, Marky Poo!
