for over the last year Traders International has marketd a course and trading room teaching people how to trade the emini S&P futures market. They advertised that you could trade along with a Legendary Trader Franz Shoar who would make over $100,000 every day using his own money right before your eyes in a virtual conference room on the internet and you could trade along with him. Franz has now been exposed as a fraud in that he was not trading real money but only simulated money on a trading simulator. So when he had a huge loss it was not real money - but the students who lost money was real. They are now under investigation by the CFTC and will probably have an injunction filed against them in the next 4-6 weeks.

Dear Mr. Shoar,  May I suggest that you get your grammar and spelling correct - you would be far more credible if you presented your case in English, not pigden.

It is hard to take seriously a report that may end up in court that is not presented in proper English.

As money is on the line, you would be well advised to make your best case, presented properly and coherently.

Good luck.

Wishful thinking Fran!

AUTHOR: Trader Mike - (U.S.A.)

Fran, are you familiar with that old warning "Sleep with dogs and you'll catch fleas?"

Its all very well you saying you haven't been involved with these people for over a year, but you helped them hook plenty of people when you were involved. I don't recall you ever saying anything in the Pro Trading Room correcting the totally bogus claim that you were making six figure profits a day with their system either.

This is one of the most expensive trading systems on the market and isn't worth $600, let alone $6,000. The founder stole it off someone else anyway. If you search around the web you can download it for free.

Kudos to Rip Off Report for leaving the messages up. Most sites cave in to their lawyer's threats. Hopefully the CFTC will take action one day.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The report is not true

AUTHOR: Franz - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 01, 2009

This report is not true at all and as you can see it was written long time ago apparently by someone who had problem with Traders International and not me.
I am not associated with Traders international since April of 2007.
I have asked rip-off report to remove this, but they want an answer to this. My company that I own is great company and has helped many people to become successful in trading future market and continues to do so. Here is the link to my company www.bullseyetraders.com. Neither I nor my company is under any investigations from any source or government agency. Please do not believe these reports. These reports do not have full name of the person that writes these kinds of baseless reports. If someone has anything on me or my company, then I suggest to provide your full name and information so we can have it looked at in a court of law and Libel remarks in this country will have serious legal consequences.
