This is the last I'm going to comment on the matter.

Ripoff Report is not a forum for a person to post defamatory, slanderous, libelous accusations against an individual.  I know that it was Shay or a Jane Doe individual posting on her behalf.  However, I will say to that individual  WHOMEVER YOU ARE, you are only hurting Shay, not helping her by posting such slanderous and inflammatory information about me.  Slanderous accusations against moral turpitude are not protected under the first amendment.  Slanderous accusations that put a person at risk of physical harm or death are not protected by the first amendment. Posting anonymously does not protect you from legal reprive. 

I have never been molested and surely even if I had, I am a better judge of character than to tell someone like you.  A friend or even an ex-friend would not reveal such information about a person online.  Saying I was molested was not only false, but just plain cruel to publish online and it shows everyone just how much character you lack as a person.  Posting such vile information as you have shows that you are in fact the jealous person, not me.  I've do not presently or have I ever had a friend who would do something like that.  Therefore, this is more evidence that you are not an ex-friend, but in fact you are Shay or someone posting on her behalf.

Posting that I've had multiple abortions and can't have children is very false and once again puts me at risk of harm from pro-life advocates.  It is slanderous and false information, which again I say even if it were true, no friend, past or present of mine would put such information like that about me on the internet.  I have not had multiple abortions.  There's no medical reason I can't have children other than being on birth control to prevent myself from getting pregnant.  My sexual history is no one's business, however, I assure you I've never given anyone an STD.  Again, slanderous information.  You should be looking at the person who is claiming to have dated 100 men in 9 months in her books.  I'll leave that statement at that.....

Lastly, the #1 reason you know the slanderous posting against me was written by  Shay or Jane Doe posting on her behalf is that she said I was jealous of someone who looks like Shay, and that I have a problem with my weight and unattractiveness.  That is laughable!!  Everyone knows I was popular in high school.  I am also popular now.  Everyone also knows that I would be called conceited before I would be called having low self esteem.  Everyone knows that I think my body is sexy and I am gorgeous.  People email me all the time to tell me that I am an inspiration to them because of my confidence in my appearance and as a person.  I also think that Shay looks like an orangutuan who wears too much make-up and her forehead and lips are always greasy.  Jealous of the way she looks? Um, NO! lol

Write your little books and give your hypocritical advice but stop posting slanderous accusations about me putting my family at risk for harm.  It may take a long time, but eventually, all of your evilness will come to the surface and you will wish you had handled this whole debauchery a lot differently.  Stop before you get yourself into more trouble.

Very sad when people have to resort to slanderous, libelous accusations against moral turpitude.  Everything in the previous posting #26 against me is false and beyond absurb.  The only truth is that I DO know that it is Shay Williams-Garrett who wrote all that nonsense.  She is trying to entrap me into contacting her so she can continue to fuel her frivolous claims of of "stalking", when in all actuality, the only stalking, and defamation that is going on is coming from her.  For a person who wants to be left alone, u sure are keeping up a lot of mess.  I don't have ANY friends or former friends who have accused me of attempting anything illicit with their husbands.  I am not and have never been a l*****n.  I was never picked on in high school for any reason.  Candace and Reggie were married in 2006, however, she and I were not in contact with each other at that time.  I'm not going to go line by line denying all of this psycho's allegations.  They are all false.  And what does my husband's age have to do with anything?  I am not and have never cheated on my husband.  STDs??  All of this drama with Candace, Shay, and Reggie just began in November of last year.  If the previous author was really an "ex-friend", then how did I allegedly confide all of those recent things to her?  According to the last posting, "she" isn't my friend any more so why would I tell her anything about this whole situation?  Simple...the posted was not written by an ex-friend because no such ex-friend exists.  The posting was written by Shay and/or Reggie using information learned during last week's court proceedings (that's the only time I ever mentioned to anyone, the judge, that Candace requested I send correspondence to Shay oln her behalf).  Shay just recently learned my profession, which she also made sure she mentioned in court to slick let me know that she knew where I worked.   

Rest assured, if you, whoever YOU claim to be, contact my job or continue along these illegal means, you will be arrested and prosecuted. 

Vatrece knows who I am and why I am writing this post.  I have been standing by for too long while she terrorizes another woman and her family to fullfill a personal vendetta against Reggie Garrett. 
Vatrece and I use to be friends but are no longer speaking because she stabbed me in the back too.  I found out that she made a move on my husband so now she will get a dose of what she has been doing to everyone else.
Vatrece told me that she was friends with Candace Bush years ago and did not like the "b***h" for being stupid enough to stay with Reggie.  The truth was that Vatrece wanted Candace to herself and would "f**k Reggie if he would let her" because Cadace would talk about her great sex life all the time.  Vatrece use to talk about her like a dog and now she has teamed up with her to harass Shay Williams-Garrett and Reggie Garrett.
She is only harassing them because Reggie did not take her offer to have sex with her in exchange for money while he was still with Candace Bush.  When Reggie told Candace what her friend tried to do, Candace ended the friendship and Vatrece and Candace did not speak for over 7 years.  Candace believed her husband at the time because she knew how Vatrece got down.  Vatrece is online leaving post on ripoff report anonymously against Shay Garrett or Shay Your Date Diva or what ever her name, because this is her opportunity to get back at Reggie for expossing her and ending her and Candace l*****n affair.  Yes, I said it!  Vatrece and Candace use to sleep together while Candice was married to Reggie!  Vatrece lost her "girl friend" in a sense when Reggie told his then wife, Candace that Vatrece tried to have sex with him and this hurt Vatrece a lot. Vatrece and Candace had an affair for years and Candace husband had no idea what was being done behind his back.  Now Vatrece is married to a new man who is several years younger than her and who has no idea that she is cheating on him too!

Vatrece is a nasty, h*e, s**t who can not be trusted around anyone's husband.  So you can not trust the lies that she has spread against Reggie or Shay online.  The Vatrece that I know is very jealous of someone who looks like Shay.  She use to confide in me that she hated her weight and was always picked on in high school for being extremely unattractive.  She also revealed that she was molested as a child and that this was why she slept with any man with a d**k.  She is a virus who hates herself so she terrorizes on others whom she thinks are better looking than she is.

Finally, Candice Bush is a fool for trusting her.  Vatrece told me that Candance was the one who asked her to post all of those negative things online against Shay Garrett.  She said that Candance was very forgetful and used her illness as an excuse to be lazy and never use her law degree.  Vatrece also told me that she never felt that Candace was a fit mother because she was always running the streets at the next best party and leaving her son with her parents.  If Candace can not see that Vatrece really can not stand her and is all in her business to get Candace and messing up her life to hurt her back the way she hurt Vatrece for ending the love affair than Candice deserves everything she gets.
I know everything about Vatrece including where she works and the fact that she has had several abortions and can not have kids.  I will be contacting your job next Vatrece to let them know that while you were at work at the law office as a paralegal, you were posting these messages against these people. I will reveal all of this in my next post against Vatrece because she is a low down back stabbing b***h s**t who catches STDs and lies to the men she sleeps with about it. 

Once again the "good" people won.  Of course Shay Williams will not see it that way.  She tweeted that today's victory was hers, when what actually happened was that the judged ordered a DUAL restraining order, active only for the next few months until the civil action the is pending is decided.  Shay tried, UNSUCCESSFULLY, to have her alleged "stalker" arrested, however, she produced NO evidence to prove that anyone was stalking her, thus the judge could not in good faith issue an arrest warrant for anyone.  Shay lied in court today as is her M.O.  Thankfully th judge saw th rough her though.  The judged ordered the parties to stay away from each other, ie, no posting to each other's websites, social networking pages, or emails.  Shay was also told that she has to provide a LEGITIMATE physical address (not p.o. box or other fraudulent addresses that she's been using) if she is going to proceed with the frivolous civil proceedings she's initiated against certain people.  The restraining order DOES NOT including posting to websites such as Ripoff Report, or book reviews to B&N, etc., much to the chagrin of Shay...lol.  It also does not include any filings that may be submitted regarding the pending civil litigation Shay initiated against alleged "stalkers".  The judge in essence told both parties to "let it go", but alas, Shay in her usual fashion couldn't keep her big mouth shut so she had to "tweet" that she had a victory against her "stalkers", which she did not.  Her goal was to have someone arrested today and that didn't happen because no crime has been committed against her, thus, she was NOT the victor today.  She was not!!

P.S., Hayden, I would advise you to steer clear of this nutjob (if Shay can call people stalkers online, then I can call her a nutjob because she surely is one).  She tried to attribute your postings and book reviews and whatever else you may have communicated to her, as being done by the person she took to court today.  The person she took to court was not Hayden, and does not know the identify of Hayden.  Shay is known to go to great lengths to include lying and submitting false documents to court if she has to, to support her false claims against people due to her delusions of persecution, so she may be relentless in finding out your true identity.  Shay has caused many problems in many peoples lives.  I plead with you to protect yourself and your family and just stay away from the delusion coo-coo (Shay).

Wow!!! Perhaps she found love in 30 days or she and I were dating Mr. Garrett at the same time.  From the date of Ms. Kirby's claim and the date that she refers to him as her fiance', it was love (and engagement) in 30 days or he was dating us at the same time.  Mr. Garrett appeared to be a nice guy but not very long after meeting him he asked for a large monetary favor and I DECLINED. After I declined, he started to turn into the invisible man.

If they are happy, good for them. Looking the info above they are a perfect match.

We know Shay enough to know that she is a hypocrite.  She does not follow the principles she professes in her own book.

She says not to date marry men, but she married a man that is already married.

She says to do a credit check on the man before you marry him.  Either she didn't care that Reggie's credit is shot to hell and he doesn't pay his bills/rent/etc or she didn't do a credit check.

She says to be weary of men who don't take financial care of their kids from previous relationships.  She married Reggie who has been to jail TWICE for failure to pay child support for his oldest child and he does not send his current LEGAL wife any financial support for his second child.  Going to jail for his failure to pay child support for the first child is a matter of public record.

She gives you ways to be able to detect a liar.  How in the hell did she not see, and continues to not see that Reggie Garrett is the biggest liar there is (aside from herself).  She believes him when he says he filed for divorce right after Candace left him (lie!).  She believes he sends Candace money for their son (lie!).  She believes that he didn't know he was still married when he married her(lies!!!).  He contacted Candace TWO days before the wedding trying to negotiate divorce terms.  He never told Candace that he was about to get married.  He didn't file for divorce until AFTER he married Shay.  Just two days before we found out that he had married Shay, he told Candace "there's no such thing as child support because we are still married".  WTF??  We didn't know he had gotten married until Thanksgiving, yet, he got married in August.  His son was not in his wedding.  So either Shay is believing his lies and doesn't know how to detect that she married a liar, OR, she knew all along that he was still married and didn't care.  They couldn't wait until the divorce was final so they could be legally wedded?  What was the rush? 

Shay is a hypocrite and a liar.  If you are idolizing her, you are condoning hypocrisy, immorality, adultery, bigamy, and a lying tongue and should suffer the same fate and judgement that she most assuredly will face when the time comes.

A true leader leads by example.  What kind of example is Shay giving?  Not a very good one from what I can see.

 

Whatever the case may be does not change the fact that Shay is a Diva and is great at what she does. Gives the best advice, I love her videos and read her book, it has helped me a lot I tell all my girls about her.

Lauren,  very glad to hear that you got your judgement.  Hopefully you will actually get your money from these evaders and liars (Shay and Reggie) and have your name appropriately restored and a person of honor and integrity, unlike these two bafoons!

Justice Served Against Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett- Lauren Kilby Judgment Victim of Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett It saddens me that Shaquannah (Shay) N. Williams and Reggie Garret are able to mistreat people and then tries to seek justice for them selves. Luckily, we live in a society with a fair justice system that will not allow criminals to avail. To date Shay Williams has continuously lied, harassed and defamed Lauren Kilby and her name. She has posted countless false accusations on nanny sites regarding Lauren Kilby, which has cause Miss Kilby to lose several job opportunities. Additionally, neither Shay Williams nor Reggie Garrett has tendered payment to Lauren Kilby for her services she provided to them. Lauren Kilby has not commented on any of Shay Williams or Reggie Garrett personal or business sites, nor has she posted on any websites about them. She ceased contact with them after her final demand for payment letter in early March. In mid-March 2009 Lauren Kilby filed a suit against Shay Williams, Reggie Garrett, and GoNannie.com for payment of services, harassment, due process, defamation, and slander; the suit also included notice to Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett of improper employee classification based on IRS codes and the violation of Wage and Labor Laws. After evading service from US Marshals for well over a month, Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett were finally served. After they were served, Shay retaliated with making false accusations and smear campaign against Lauren Kilby. Please notice her above posting of May 18, 2009 (almost 2 months after the initial posting regarding Lauren Kilby). Also note that another patron of this site commented on the posting; pointing out that Shay and Reggie were in violation of improper employee classification based on IRS codes. Shay herself responded with one of her alias Ms. Miller (aka Lisa Miller, Lisa love, Nicole Williams, etc.) trying to defend breaking an IRS code. Around early June, Shay Williams answered the suit with many improperly used legal jargon, and false allegations. The other defendant Gonannies.com of Texas also answered the suit. And Reggie Garrett never answered. All parties attended the first court date in mid June-early July and were summoned to mediation because the judge believed that the issue was minuet and could be resolved and payment will be rendered for Lauren services. In court it came out that Shay Williams contacted Gonannies.com (leaving a false report saying, Police had to be called out on Lauren Kilby) after Lauren Kilby with the Atlanta Police department came out to Shay Williams residence to demand her final payment and obtain paperwork left in the Williams residents. Kilby had voice recordings and text messages that payment would have been tendered before the date she came to the Williams residence with police escort. Shay Williams was not at home, nor was she aware that Kilby was with police. Shay made several threats about kicking someone butt and finding whom Shaquannah was if Kilby was still at her residence. Shay was also very irate and using profane language. Shay also said she was going to call the police on Kilby for trespassing, however Kilby was not on Shay property and was in a car on the public street at the instruction of the APD. A police report was made and the office instructed to either 1.) Make a small claims suit or 2.) Get a warrant for theft of services, which is criminal. Thinking Shay and Reggie were going to cooperate Kilby chose the lesser of two evils and did the small claims suit. She did not want to but a single mother in jail, but through this rollercoaster we should have went the other route. A month or so after the mediation summons a date was set. Kilby attended mediation with an open heart and mind, however it was a disaster! Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett stormed out and would not sign any documents from the mediator. They also were getting irate with the mediator. In the mediation it was also reconfirmed that Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett made several false statements and they were not obeying IRS and Wage & Labor rules. The following are inconsistencies or reconfirmation: 1.) In Shay Williams answer to the suit she stated that Lauren Kilby was not an employee but a volunteer, and she did not hire her on a trial basis, however in the above mention postings, a Letter to Lauren Kilby, and a text message to Kilby states that they have selected Kilby for the position and gave her a start date. Additionally, the above posting says... we interviewed Lauren Kilby and offered her an opportunity to work on a two week trial period 2.) In Shay Williams answer suit she stated that Reggie Garrett had nothing to do with the hiring of Lauren Kilby and Lauren Kilby was only the nanny for her two kids. Shay stated in the above posting... Reggie Garrett is my fianc who assisted me with choosing her. In Shays own words she recognizes he is her fianc, and not your husband therefore Shay answering on his behalf is not proper in the magistrate court, nor did she have an attorney to file the documents. She was Pro Se. Also Reggie child from another women frequent the residence and Kilby took care of that child also. There were additional text messages and a letter sent to Kilby stating, Reggie will pay you when he gets back in town. 3.) In Shay Williams answer suit she stated she paid Lauren Kilby for her all services, however in the above posting you still owed her a remaining balance. Shay states I told her that I would be more than happy to pay her what we agreed minus the $100 advance if she could submit her 1099 information to me. How can you withhold pay and subtract an amount from an employees set pay, or force them to submit a 1099. Nannies are considered household employees and should be on a W2 form. You are responsible for household tax. Furthermore if Lauren Kilby wanted to claim exempt on that form she was able to do so without you and Reggie playing IRS. 4.) In mediation the defendant Gonannie.com agreed with Lauren Kilby argument that she should not be forced into submitting a 1099, also that she was a household employee and a portion of taxes are the responsibility of the employer (Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett) and Kilby should be on a W2 form. Since there was no resolution in mediation the case was sent back to the courts. Kilby and all the defendants received ample notice of court date and a service was rendered on all parties. At the final court date neither Shay Williams nor Reggie Garrett showed, the defendant Gonannies.com and Monta Fleming were in attendance. The judge heard the case and read over the answers and supporting documents. Plaintiff Kilby and Defendant Gonannies.com both submitted additional records to defend their case. Since Shay answered the suit he took her answer as testimony. The outcomes of the case are as follows... 1.) Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett did not provide sufficient evidence that they did not owe Lauren Kilby payment from her services 2.) Lauren Kilby did not have to submit a 1099 and that she was a household employee 3.) Shay Williams slandered Lauren Kilby name with the additional posting of all outside negative comments that were not affiliated to the Gonannies.com site (*the judge felt this was slander because Shay did not find Lauren Kilby on the other sites she posted the negative comments and false accusations. Shay only have right to do so on Gonannies.com) 4.) Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett did contact Lauren Kilby after the cease letter written by Shay Williams. The evidence was submitted to the judge through cell phone bills and text messages 5.) Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett did text Lauren Kilby stating that Reggie was going to tender payment when he returned from his trip. 6.) Gonannies.com did not give Lauren Kilby due process with disabling her account (they did not look into allegations), however since Kilby did electronically approve their online agreement with the fine print (no one reads) they did have right to disable accounts for any reasons. 7.) Gonannies.com did receive reports from Shay Williams regarding police, but Shay Williams never send police report 8.) Shay Williams did not win her counter claim against Lauren Kilby; therefore the above mention post #13 is another one of Shay lies!! Her statement... Although we were not there, we won our counter claim and our legal team will continue to pursue Ms Kilby to have this judgment overturned and seek damages against her. IS FALSE!!!! No counterclaim was once for Shay Williams or Reggie Garrett. Travel Expense was to be paid for Gonannies.com. No were on the attached judgment says Shay Williams or Reggie Garrett won a counterclaim. 9.) Shay Williams filed all court documents Pro Se; she does not have a legal team. 10.) Shay Williams and Reggie Garret were in receipt of the court date. 11.) Lauren Kilby did win a judgment against Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett for non tender of payment, slander, harassment, due process, amongst other things. The judgment Lauren Kilby won was not a default judgment. Shay Williams filed an answer to the suit and that was her actual testimony. Please view the judgment at the below link for proof. Lauren Kilby is an ambitious college graduate, with lots of experience, and insight. She also prides her image and reputation. All accusations against Lauren Kilby are false (i.e. She tried to blackmail for money, she harassed Shay Williams). She will always be transparent and truthful unlike Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett. So all the above statements are not fabricated lies, they are the truth! Also note that another patron of this site commented on the posting; pointing out that Shay and Reggie were in violation of improper employee classification based on IRS codes. Shay herself responded with one of her alias Ms. Miller (aka Lisa Miller, Lisa love, Nicole Williams, etc.) trying to defend breaking an IRS code.

Around early June, Shay Williams answered the suit with many improperly used legal jargon, and false allegations. The other defendant Gonannies.com of Texas also answered the suit. And Reggie Garrett never answered.

All parties attended the first court date in mid June-early July and were summoned to mediation because the judge believed that the issue was minuet and could be resolved and payment will be rendered for Lauren services. In court it came out that Shay Williams contacted Gonannies.com (leaving a false report saying, Police had to be called out on Lauren Kilby) after Lauren Kilby with the Atlanta Police department came out to Shay Williams residence to demand her final payment and obtain paperwork left in the Williams residents. Kilby had voice recordings and text messages that payment would have been tendered before the date she came to the Williams residence with police escort. Shay Williams was not at home, nor was she aware that Kilby was with police. Shay made several threats about kicking someone butt and finding whom Shaquannah was if Kilby was still at her residence. Shay was also very irate and using profane language. Shay also said she was going to call the police on Kilby for trespassing, however Kilby was not on Shay property and was in a car on the public street at the instruction of the APD. A police report was made and the office instructed to either 1.) Make a small claims suit or 2.) Get a warrant for theft of services, which is criminal. Thinking Shay and Reggie were going to cooperate Kilby chose the lesser of two evils and did the small claims suit. She did not want to but a single mother in jail, but through this rollercoaster we should have went the other route.

A month or so after the mediation summons a date was set. Kilby attended mediation with an open heart and mind, however it was a disaster! Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett stormed out and would not sign any documents from the mediator. They also were getting irate with the mediator. In the mediation it was also reconfirmed that Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett made several false statements and they were not obeying IRS and Wage & Labor rules. The following are inconsistencies or reconfirmation:

1.)    In Shay Williams answer to the suit she stated that Lauren Kilby was not an employee but a volunteer, and she did not hire her on a trial basis, however in the above mention postings, a Letter to Lauren Kilby, and a text message to Kilby states that they have selected Kilby for the position and gave her a start date. Additionally, the above posting says... we interviewed Lauren Kilby and offered her an opportunity to work on a two week trial period

2.)    In Shay Williams answer suit she stated that Reggie Garrett had nothing to do with the hiring of Lauren Kilby and Lauren Kilby was only the nanny for her two kids. Shay stated in the above posting... Reggie Garrett is my fianc who assisted me with choosing her. In Shays own words she recognizes he is her fianc, and not your husband therefore Shay answering on his behalf is not proper in the magistrate court, nor did she have an attorney to file the documents. She was Pro Se. Also Reggie child from another women frequent the residence and Kilby took care of that child also. There were additional text messages and a letter sent to Kilby stating, Reggie will pay you when he gets back in town.

3.)    In Shay Williams answer suit she stated she paid Lauren Kilby for her all services, however in the above posting you still owed her a remaining balance. Shay states I told her that I would be more than happy to pay her what we agreed minus the $100 advance if she could submit her 1099 information to me. How can you withhold pay and subtract an amount from an employees set pay, or force them to submit a 1099. Nannies are considered household employees and should be on a W2 form. You are responsible for household tax. Furthermore if Lauren Kilby wanted to claim exempt on that form she was able to do so without you and Reggie playing IRS.

4.)    In mediation the defendant Gonannie.com agreed with Lauren Kilby argument that she should not be forced into submitting a 1099, also that she was a household employee and a portion of taxes are the responsibility of the employer (Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett) and Kilby should be on a W2 form.

Since there was no resolution in mediation the case was sent back to the courts. Kilby and all the defendants received ample notice of court date and a service was rendered on all parties. At the final court date neither Shay Williams nor Reggie Garrett showed, the defendant Gonannies.com and Monta Fleming were in attendance. The judge heard the case and read over the answers and supporting documents. Plaintiff Kilby and Defendant Gonannies.com both submitted additional records to defend their case. Since Shay answered the suit he took her answer as testimony. The outcomes of the case are as follows...

1.)  Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett did not provide sufficient evidence that they did not owe Lauren Kilby payment from her services

2.)  Lauren Kilby did not have to submit a 1099 and that she was a household employee

3.)  Shay Williams slandered Lauren Kilby name with the additional posting of all outside negative comments that were not affiliated to the Gonannies.com site (*the judge felt this was slander because Shay did not find Lauren Kilby on the other sites she posted the negative comments and false accusations. Shay only have right to do so on  Gonannies.com)

4.)  Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett did contact Lauren Kilby after the cease letter written by Shay Williams. The evidence was submitted to the judge through cell phone bills and text messages

5.)  Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett did text Lauren Kilby stating that Reggie was going to tender payment when he returned from his trip.

6.)  Gonannies.com did not give Lauren Kilby due process with disabling her account (they did not look into allegations), however since Kilby did electronically approve their online agreement with the fine print (no one reads) they did have right to disable accounts for any reasons.

7.)  Gonannies.com did receive reports from Shay Williams regarding police, but Shay Williams never send police report

8.)  Shay Williams did not win her counter claim against Lauren Kilby; therefore the above mention post #13 is another one of Shay lies!! Her statement... Although we were not there, we won our counter claim and our legal team will continue to pursue Ms Kilby to have this judgment overturned and seek damages against her. IS FALSE!!!! No counterclaim was once for Shay Williams or Reggie Garrett. Travel Expense was to be paid for Gonannies.com. No were on the attached judgment says Shay Williams or Reggie Garrett won a counterclaim.

9.)  Shay Williams filed all court documents Pro Se; she does not have a legal team.

10.)   Shay Williams and Reggie Garret were in receipt of the court date.

11.)   Lauren Kilby did when a judgment against Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett for non tender of payment, slander, harassment, due process, amongst other things. The judgment Lauren Kilby won was not a default judgment. Shay Williams filed an answer to the suit and that was her actual testimony.

All accusations against Lauren Kilby are false (i.e. She tried to blackmail for money, she harassed Shay Williams). She will always be transparent and truthful unlike Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett. So all the above statements are not fabricated lies, they are the truth! Furthermore, Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett had 30 days after the judgment to file an appeal which would have been approximately December 3, 2009. So, if you CLAIM you just received a wrong court date notice, when did you find out the court date was wrong? And, then why did you not file and appeal?

Shay Williams mentions in the above post, As far as Lauren Kilby is concerned, our legal battle with her is not complete, which is VERY TRUE! I had came across a nasty email that Shay written me regarding me so called "hating on her" because I left constructive critisim on her posting, further more I question her authentencity of her image in that its was similar to Alexxys K and Shay was bold enough to even use her name and tag lines to promote her video! How can you say that marriage is not between two loving people and state (law), and only uphold two loving people and god, when you constantly run to the state for legal remedies to your incompetency to manage your finances or to persicute your make believe haters, stalkers, etc.), why she filed bankruptcy (because of identity theft, lol! c'mon son, you must not remember that bankruptcy records are public, and identity theft was not listed on petition.). Since Ms Bush stated that she attended law school, however, did not pass the bar, I encouraged Ms Bush to recognize that my husband was not committing bigamy because our certificate has been placed on hold until the technicality of the divorce is final between his ex.  Although we have hired another (qualified) attorney to complete the dissolution of his previous marriage on paper, we recognize ourselves to be married in the eyes of God and society.

The "statement" released by Shay's publicist is as much a shame as Shay and Reggie are.  They provide no support for their claim of a "Smear Campaign" against Shay.  Everything that's been said about Shay and Reggie are 100% true, supported by court dockets and court documents.  The only people smearing good names and posting lies are Shay and Reggie.  I don't know Lauren Kilby, but I'm sure she is telling the truth.  I do know Reggie and they kind of liar and manipulator he is.  I also know his REAL/LEGAL wife and know of the injustices he has brought against her and their 7 yr old child. 

I find it rather interesting that Shay is the one who is knowing married to an already married man, yet she is calling the real wife the stalker.  Furthermore, where is her statement stating that the bogus claim she made against the real wife was DISMISSED the other day by the judged??  Oh, she doesn't want to put that interesting tidbit out there.  Everytime someone points out that Shay is nothing but a two bit con artist, she accuses then of harrassment, seeks restraining orders, and tries to sue people for deformation of character.  What character?  She has no character!  She lied in open court the other day, but alas, justice prevailed because her claim was dismissed! 

Shay has multiple email accounts and writes her own book reviews to try and boost sales.  Don't be fooled.  All of the positive reviews were written by Shay, posing as Lisa Miller, all-write editor, etc; or Reggie as "the male perspective". 

You can't hide from the truth, Shay.  Justice will always prevail.

Hard Facts = Truth and your statement is ridiculously irrelevant! Where are your hard facts. You are just denying everything and not backing them up with supporting details.

The only smear campaign that is going on is you attacking the Lauren Kilby girl above. She is probably some young person you took advantage of and you are attacking her because she sued you first. If her services were so bad and she got in an accident with your kids, why did you not fire her and why were you on the counter end of suing? From her winning her judgement against you, You and your husband must have owed her money and from the other allegation regarding your marriage you are so false were is the supporting documentation?

 

This statement released by Shays' supposedly publicist is bologna. How dare her try to play the victim!!! How can you smear someone name when stating facts! Facts are truthful information that can be backed up by legally binding documents. (i.e. court documents) First how come everything that Shay writes comes from the same email address, either Lovein30days, Lisa Miller, snw###? She is making multiple accounts commenting on her own post, and harassing people that leave constructive criticism. Also it states that everything in the above posting are false, so as a consumer I goggled her name to see what comes up in that I found multiple bankruptcy citing in 2009 and other years (this is one evidence of her running up bills and running away from financial obligations) and which further more makes the allegations of the above mention Lauren Kilby not getting paid seem to be true.

I also found a judgment that Lauren Kilby won against Shaquannah (Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett. You can also look this up in Fulton County, Georgia Magistrate Court Dockets (other piece of evidence that their is some truth to all the above mention comments, trying to find the exact case number so it will be easier to find for inquiring mines) I have read personal comments/opinions of Shay which could be true or false, but from the above evidence this is not a smear campaign against Shay but fact that she is not that upstanding!!!

The only advice I have for all people that have encountered her is next time research someone (i.e. Google) instead of taking their word. Lastly, I ask the author of Shay's statement? What claim is not valid or truth? The above evidence does not depict that statement.

Shay has been the recent target of a smear attack by an individual who claims to know her but has never met or spoken with her personally. She has contacted local authorities, as well as those in other relevant jurisdictions.

While Shay would prefer to keep her private matters private, the issue must be addressed to reassure the fans that the situation is being handled promptly, and there is no truth or validity to the negative claims. 

Shay, as always, will handle the situation with grace, as she knows she represents not only herself but her family in everything she does. She asks for your prayers and continued support.

I am so glad that word is getting out that Shay and Reggie are frauds and con artists.  Reggie's legal wife has tried to contact Shay to tell her of the situation.  Instead of learning the truth, Shay has filed a restraining order against the first/real wife for harassment.  The real wife doesn't even know were Shay and Reggie live.  Reggie has always been a poor money manager, though he brags of having all this wealth.  He is a wanna be pro golfer, who has never ranked higher than 80 out of 90 on any tournament he played in.  It is evident that neither or them pays their debts, but rather, file bankruptcy, for bogus harassment charges against people when these people try to get paid for services rendered.

Additionally, I would advise anyone to NOT purchase either of Shay's books.  She puts herself out there as an expert in the field of love and relationships, yet, her own relationship is a sham!  She has married a man who is still legally married and did not even file for divorce from his 1st wife until 2 months after he married Shay on August 29, 2009 (filed for divorce the end of October).  Look at the wedding video.  His son was not in the wedding because his son doesn't even know that his parents are getting divorced, let alone that his father has committed to a new family with kids before ending his curren marriage. 

Shay's books are guides for women with low self esteem and gold digging tendencies.  Don't waste your money buying her books.  How can a woman with two small kids find the time to date 100 men in 9 months and "find love in 30 days"?  It's not possible.  Then the so called love guru end up marrying a man who is already married and exposing her children to this madness?  And then refuse to see and believe the truth about the trifling person she married.

They both are con artist and are not to be trusted.

Shay (Shaquannaa) Williams the SYDD (http://www.youtube.com/user/lovein30days) is a fraud. She had established herself as an author of books that promote women and relationships that frown upon cheating, bigamy, etc. however she herself has been in a relationship and married a married man Reggie Garrett. Reggie Garrett is only separated from his previous wife, and to date his divorce proceedings have not been completed. I am able to testify that Shay Williams and Reggie Garrett's character and con artist ways. I have sentiments for this Lauren Kilby. They are both professional con artist. I have researched both Shay N Williams and Reggie B Garrett. Shay has been a habitual filer on bankruptcy, 3 times in the 2009 year, and 4 other times sice 2006. (She will file and get dismissed and appeal again) which you can assume she runs up bills and runs away from her financial responsibilities. Reggie Garrett has also run away from his responsibilities. His wife and house. Reggie left his house and did not continue to pay the mortgage on it. They both boast about living on a golf course and living the lavish life, however the default on financial responsibilities. Shay has also been accused before of stealing the branding, license, name and idea of other authors and sent a cease and desist order/letter. Its sad that she can continue to do this and not be exposed!!! First to comment about your issue about the facts that I provided were fasle, please make reference to breedlove-online, a regularly used resources for third party nanny placement agencies and I quote,

Secondly, your pay for your nanny is ridiculous and your low budget just as the owner. If you read correctly from the Owners side, she stated the Nanny was a college graduate. Why the heck would a college graduate work for minimum wage. Would you? Not including she mention it the named nanny was a live in. If you google salaries of a live in it ranges from the mid 30's up tp 60K. I suggest you research this and correclty read the facts before you give your opinion.

I do not want to say your accountant is unqualified just as you are to make these comments whoever; if he/she gave you the advice to hire as a W9 or 1099 subcontractor and you did, I suggest you go amend your taxes immediately! No one is saying you are not suppose to report, but how can you go request someone SSN after you paid them for a previous pay period. That sounds suspicious to me.

The employer sounds like a unethical employer and should just pay the nanny what they deserve for the time!! They are slandering this person name for no good reason. It seems as if she is suing them and they are mad look how long it took them to respond. I hope the named nanny prevails is this injustice.

The post regarding labor laws was not made by Lauren Kilby. I am a in training Paralegal researching labor issues regarding household employees for a case. I wish I was a lawyer so that I could take this case. Sorry Ms. Miller to disappoint you. I have simpathy for the young lady working for such a unethical employer that's clueless about what a household employee is. How do I not know that you are a friend or even the owner. The first post did saw that the owner and other party used profane language against the nanny. You may just be the other part of the goon squad.

I read the consumer comment concerning a nanny dispute and The Labor Laws and it is plainly false! Individuals contract house cleaners, carpet cleaners, landscapers and nannies every day without actually hiring them as an employee! I have had nannies work for me for over 10 years and I have never paid over $250/week for them. Being a nanny is a minimum wage job that is often worked by college students who are happy to walk away with what they can get.
According to my accountant, I can choose to hire my nanny as a W9 employee or a 1099 subcontractor who is providing a service but at the end of the day I MUST report that I am paying someone for a service.
This nanny sounds like a bad hire who just did not want to work and who is trying to take advantage of these people. It is a shame that such ignorance can get that kind of attention and ruin someone's name.
I suggest who ever wrote that comment concerning "Labor Laws" to learn first what they are talking about before making a fool of themselves. It probably was the girl, Lauren who filed the report in the first place. Her first report sounded choppy and ignorant which is consistent with the last posting about Labor Laws.

First and foremost paying someone $400 weeks for nanny services is cheap one. Secondly household employees i.e. nanny, housekeeper, yard men, are household employees and do not need to be on a 1099. You are acutually responsible for them you would need to pay taxes for them, a 1099 you do not report on your taxes. So it seems that you are confused there! I suggest you read up on labor law and the website you got your nanny for was just a third party search engine. You actually chose this person if she came to work for you even on temporary basis.

Requesting Payment is not considered harrassment or slander, and if you children was in a accident why did you keep the nanny? It makes no sense if they were harm.

I suggest you pay your employer what they were do and read up on labor and tax laws because you were misguided with your information. Or better take care of your own kids!!

In search of a full time live-in nanny for my children, we interviewed Lauren Kilby and offered her an opportunity to work on a two week trial period at a reduced rate of $300 for 30 hours per week. She was a recent grad of Georgia State and said that she needed the experience. We informed her that if everything worked out, we would pay her living expenses and increase her pay to $400/ week plus $50 for gas. I gave her a detailed description of the job and trained her for the first three days of work. We were impressed at how eager she appeared to want to work and become a part of our family.

I contacted her on a personal level and offered her the opportunity to work on a trial basis to see if the position served the best interest of all parties involved. Reggie Garrett is my fiance who assisted me with choosing her but he nor LaShay Properties, LLC, "Shay Your Date Diva Show", singlemomsdatingguide.com or Que Enterprises had no participation with the transactions, communications and disagreement with Lauren Kilby. She worked on a trial basis as a 1099 contract employee.

We soon realized that we had made a poor choice in selecting Lauren Kilby. She was often late to work which means that she was late getting the kids to school. She did not make a whole hearted effort to produce high quality work and she got into a car accident with the kids in the back seat. The next day she notified me that she wanted to go out with her friends even though her schedule stated that she was to work that evening. Lauren Kilby became frustrated with not being able to go out with her friends that evening, dealing with an active 3 year old and our request for her car insurance information. In frustration, she asked to speak with us while still in her night clothes and notified us that the 3 year old was "too much work" and that she could not accept the position. We accepted her resignation, she got dressed, gathered her things and left.

The next day she contacted my fiance for money and said that we owed her $500. I paid her a week earlier than agreed a $100 more than agreed because she expressed that she was having financial difficulties and needed the money. I told her that I would be more than happy to pay her what we agreed minus the $100 advance if she could submit her 1099 information to me. In an effort to maintain peace, my fiance even offered her an additional $200 but she was determined to not produce the information we needed in order to report her pay on my taxes.

Lauren Kilby is young and still has a lot to learn. I offered her the opportunity because I am always looking for ways to give back and help others trying to get on their feet. We are very disappointed with this incident as it has escalated to harassing calls, relentless emails, trespassing and a counter suit. Lauren Kilby took advantage of our kindness and saw my fiances' professional golf career and my rising speaking and writing activities as an opportunity for her to black mail us into giving her more money. Our only hope is that no other family is taken advantage of and abused as we were by Ms. Kilby. We have no hard feelings against her and we pray for her and wish her the best.
