My husband and I are not sure where to start. We had a 3 year court battle (foreclosure) with Saxon and it ended in May of 2008. They renigged on court documents and here where are in Foreclosure AGAIN! We have had our payments refused, sent back to us, hung up on, threatened, letters not replied to, cursed at, no phone calls back, fax's unanswered and on and on.
This all started in July of 2005...We almost always made our payments by phone and on 7/10/05 it was denied. Our payment was $917.82 and it went to $1224.00. The CSR claimed it was due to escrow. We were never escrowed. This went on for 3 months and then "we" figured out the mistake thru Banks and Real Estate. The cause was Allstate Ins Co. did not process a $16.15 payment for "homeowners insurance." This was never an escrow issue and when we and Banks and Real Estate contacted Saxon they again refused to listen and or help. They all are very incompetent!! Although fax's, calls and certified letters were sent regarding the $16.15 for homeowners ins. they refused to comply and served us foreclosure papers. This company gave us the run around and their Attorney for 3 years and added up a bill of $40,000+ dollars. We went to make our first payment in July of 2008 and it was denied!!!! Can you believe our payment went up again and no one could give us a straight answer AGAIN!!! This story could go on and on. Saxon is a PREDATORY SERVICE, they are MISLEADING, UNETHICAL, SHOW MISCONDUCT, AND have the most INADEQUATE SERVICES. This "company" has turned people down for Bankruptcy, selling their homes and more. How can this "company" get away with taking hundreds of peoples homes and money. I see there was a class action lawsuit in Illinois hmmm...Saxon settled for $0.2 million dollars for "27" people. What is that. There CEOs make that in 1 bonus. This "company" needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! Us consumers deserve to keep our homes and deserve compensation for our pain, suffering, time, hardship, court fees and more. Please if there is an Attorney out there that is willing to take this case and win CALL US ANYTIME!!! A Class Action Suit is needed as well...Google Saxon Mortgage and you will see the hundreds of complaints. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! When we started our complaints 4 years ago no one knew who Saxon was. Now look; everyone does now. We have gone to the FTC and more but, we need a good lawyer who knows real estate and can put this " PREDATORY COMPANY " under!
