This Judge routinely destroys people and people's lives.

He handles divorces and is nasty and should be removed from the bench.

He is arrogant and pompous. The party leaders should no longer put this Judge on the ballot. He was always in politics, it is time for him to leave.

In Suffolk County, New York, political party leaders (See LI Politics.com) cross endorse judicial candidates, so watch the ballot; a Judge may be on the democratic, republican, conservative, and working families ballot. But you will only be able to vote for one person in reality. The parties make a deal to allow one person to become a Judge! Why?

Why is the destruction of the lives of litigants allowed by Court Administration? Why doesn't anyone care?

This Judge would not allow father to see children after undocumented evidence of abuse; never called for mental health evaluations of family or children, what happened ? Now beautiful children with a great future are in foster care. These children may have lost their opportunity to have productive and happy lives. Why? Because Judge Blydenburgh would not do his job! And the forensic evaluators he chose, did not do their jobs AS USUAL. Mental illness is serious and needs to be addressed; however, this JUDGE just tore apart a family instead of trying to help the family heal from its trauma. The forensics he chose know nothing about mental illness or emotional trauma; it is questionable about whether they possess credentials. THE MEDIA SHOWED HOW THE FORENSICS WORK!!!

THIS JUDGE FEEDS INTO THE FAMILY'S DYSFUNCTION INSTEAD OF SMOOTHING AND RESOLVING THE SITUATION TO THE BEST OF HIS ABILITY and getting good law guardian and forensic people to assist him.

Moreover, a trick! GIVE THE lesser earning spouse CUSTODY BUT DO NOT GIVE HER ENOUGH MONEY TO LIVE AND FEED AND RAISE THE CHILDREN. In this way, she (or he) may have to cave in and give custody to the monied spouse.

This Judge removed a child from her mother's custody; mother not the greatest person in the world, but there is no doubt the little child wanted to be with her mother and loved her. Father was worse, a clandestine drug addict and abuser! Judge took no consideration of step-children in the family and the effect of what he was doing on the other children. What kind of future did Judge Blydenburgh give to these children?

Judge's law Clerk Susan V. involved in divorce. Strange! Her ex husband involved in Islip Town Politics went to a rogue group and the rogue group sought information from this ex husband. What did this rogue group do with the information? Is it possible they gave it to Susan V. or Judge Blydenburgh?

(This rogue group has a newletter; ...do you have information on such and such....? What do they do with the information? Are they informants?)

This Judge utterly ignores what people need to live on in every day life and apparently condones abuse of adults and children inasmuch as he sits back and does nothing. THE JUDGE WAS NOT CONCERNED THAT AN ARRESTED MAN WITH AN ORDER OF PROTECTION AGAINST HIM BY HIS CHILDREN AND SPOUSE WAS HARASSING ANOTHER. HE WAS ALSO NOT CONCERNED THAT THIS MAN'S SON HAD BEEN THROWN OFF SCHOOL PROPERTY BY SCHOOL OFFICIALS. Apparently, it is OK to put a litigant's life in danger, or perhaps the Judge does not believe that ORDERS OF PROTECTION ARE NEEDED.

TIME FOR A FINANCIAL ANALYSIST AND GOOD MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND LAW GUARDIANS IN THE COURT!!! BUT REMEMBER THEY ARE THERE TO ASSIST; A JUDGE CANNOT DELEGATE HIS DECISION MAKING ABILITY TO THESE SUPPOSED PROFESSIONALS!!!

Oh, and this Judge does not read any papers submitted!!! HE TELLS YOU DON'T PREPARE THE PAPERS, I AM NOT READING THEM, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND YOU ARE LOSING!!!
