DWAYNE GARDNER AND I WERE MARRIED AUGUST 22ND 2002. HE HAD CLAIMED AFTER WE WERE MARRIED THAT WE WERE GOING TO PURCHASE THIS HOME. TO WHICH HE HAD ME GOING OUT AND CHECKING OUT HOME. HE THEN FOUNDED A BRAND NEW HOME WITH A PRICE TICKET OF $1,357.800.00. I WAS TAKING OFF FROM WORK DEALING WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOME...COLOR PATTERN AND LAND SCAPE OF THE HOUSE. WHEN THE SELLER WANTED MORE INFORMATION, DEWAYNE NEVER ONCE GAVE UP A DIME, SAYING THE MONEY WOULD COME FROM THE FAMILY TRUST FUNDS, AS TO WHICH IT WOULD ONLY BE A MATTER OF TIME, THESE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE THERE MONEY.
AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF DEWAYNE PROMISES I'VE FINALLY TOLD THE BUILDER TO FORGET IT. CAUSE DEWAYNE WOULD DISAPPER. AND THEN REAPPEAR, CLAIMING HE HAD TO GO TO VEGAS FOR CLIENT RELANTIONSHIP DEALING, HAD ME TO TELL MY LANDLORD THAT I WAS MOVING. AND THEN LEARNED HE NEVER ONCE CALLED NOR RETURNED ANY OF MY EMAILS..NOW 4YEARS LATA I'VE WANTED A DIVORCED FROM HIM, CAUSING ME TO SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO FIND HIM AND SERVE HIM WITH A DIVORCE.
NOW FINDING THAT NOT ONLY WAS HE MARRIED TO ME THAT AUGUST OF 2OO4 , BUT GOT MARRIED AGAIN THAT FOLLOWING MONTH TO SOMEONE ELSE. AND FINALLY HAD TO POST A PUBLICATION OF NOTICATION OF DIVORCE IN THE ATLANTA DAILY REPORT. NOW SEEING THIS REPORT ON HIM AND THE WOMAN TO WHOM HE HAD MARRIED PRYOR TO ME. AND NOW FINDING THAT HE IS NOW CURRENTLY LOCKED UP IN TENNESSE. HOPED THAT HE DO ENOUGH TIME THERE, I LIKE TO SUED HIM, NUT I DON'T WANTED TAKE ANOTHER WOMAN MONEY. HE IS IN THE RIGHT PLACE. WHERE HE NEEDS TO BE ( IN JAIL )

hello there...just reading your report and i also had wriitten a report on him.everything you stated is true..he didnt get a dime out of me either..but i did marry him..now im looking for him to clear my name of that beast...I know he was in jail in olny, tn..but they were suppose to let me know his where abouts..now im trying to find him to serve him a divorce..if you know anything..im elaine from north carolina.

to whom this may concern !! miss debbie.no he did not rip me off..but to marry me and wasted my time..and it has taken everything i can bear to carry this name GARDNER..its a disgrace..and I have to bear it until i can find him and lose it..he wasted my time and energy.you must be a cousin to take the time and come on here and to type what you type to me !!! you dont know me. let me correct something we were married in 2005 not 2002 !

well,it amaze me how people can post none sense about someone that they dont know! people wicked thinking only comes from the devil and a person that doesnt have a life. this site is only to try to destory a person that has been scorn in life. grown people must learn how to shake it off, toss it up, and move on. not go on the internet and throw mess out there about a person because you are angry, there are many other ways to get a person if a person has done you so wrong. remember you have family maybe how would you like it if it was one of them or prehaps you,so think about when you post gossipe, because you feed off gossipe, dont be such a angry bird! if you cant say something good dont say nothing.i'm sure you were raised with that saying! go and pray before you post anything eles about anyone that may harm a person life.

Why not just say how this man has ripped you off.. I would suspect that he really has not done anything to you and I would say to you please go and file your report and just call the man and invite him to a court room.... to settle and issue you may have....

Dwayne Gardner was at work in the St Pete area during mid June 2009. He was looking at high end homes and put a cash offer in on one. Problem is, he just couldn't get the money out of his Grandfather's estate. The d**n lawyers and accountant kept jerking him around.
These Ripoff Reports tell the story. This is the guy who scammed me. I had to be the guy to tell his latest wife, whom I had been in contact with, that she had been defrauded. Also confirmed with his previous wife that he was a con man.
