To anyone that might see and read this updated post and reply to the comments that have been already made in this report and subsequently thereafter. Yes, Mr. Adam Burdette & Mr. Adam Burdette (only) did repay me the money that was owed to me ($16,500) via the Orange County Clerk of Courts because of the court ordered restitution & ONLY because of that. As for you Mr. Frank Medola, the associations that are made to you and or to your name that are or were made then and quite possible still today because of the people, product or service that you were representing during this time and the problems that I had and have reported on the Ripoff Report would not be my problem. You chose to involve yourself with someone or something that is now evident through the findings of a US Court to have been a dishonest entity, thus the money being ordered returned to me and the reason I too would be trying to distance my name & myself as far from this situation as you seem to be doing now and on this report here today. It would be unfair to not let this information be made known to others as only a warning to the small extent of the problems that I had encountered with such during my time and experience with Evolution Imports and those that represented themselves as any kind of employee or had any connection of such during this time. What happened before or after my own encounter with Evolution Imports and it's representatives, I have no say on. So for what I did experience during my dealings with; "Evolution Imports" and all those involved regardless of any of their own level of connection with it, I will have no problem with telling my side and to whom I dealt with during that process. Should you feel the need to send me a subpoena, please do what you must for it is still a free country and for one in which I serve with full Honor and as an Officer of its very own Military. As for all that I have stated here or any other posts that you may have seemingly read have been only facts and nothing more. You (Frank Mendola) represented yourself to me at the time of my encounter with Evoultion Imports as a; "Manager at Evolution Imports" and I also have your signature on the Brokerage Agreement from the once Evolution Imports as to you being an authorized agent for such, now to as what roll you really did play in this matter or entity I would not know any more than what I was told (by you to me when asked who you are) and that was what you had told me through your own mouth; "I'm a Manager here at Evolution Imports". I never said you were or are any kind of partner for the fallen Evolution Imports and yes, the Check was made out to Adam Burdette & not you. Thus the reason I only asked for the Detective at the Orlando Police Department to seek criminal charges with Mr Burdette and not with any other's that were associated with Evolution Imports or Mr Burdette. I also have a copy from your very own email dated 5/5/2006 at 7:40 am telling me; "Yes we are on tract for June; the car is only a week or so away from arriving at Freeport." quote unquote, and I have a chat log from IBC Japan dated 5/5/2006 at 3:22pm( the place the car was being purchased from) as to really what is going on with the car (and that I've supplied to Ripoff Report) that you can read for yourself saying: "Evolution Imports didn't pay for the car and it's still at their shipping yard and its up for sale." So now it seems to me that you are contradicting your very own reputation when it came to this statement of being honest, not I. So please tell, me who's being honest with whom here? Know that when you go to work for a company, person or entity you might want to only do a little more research on the place of employment before you get involved in whatever level your seeking to be involved in so problems like mine would not ever be an issue for character repair such as what is seemingly trying to be done since the truth of my posting on here. If I had only been a little more inquisitive myself at the beginning of my experience with; "Evolution Imports" and the people involved I wouldn't have ever sent that check to begin with thus me taking time out of my busy day to make postings on Ripoff Report as to my personal experiences and encounters. Jeff Why dont you take a good look at that check you wrote and see who you made it out to.you did not make it out to frank mendola,i was not a partner,owner or officer of that company.you got your restitution from Adam ,and to keep talking about a company thats been out of business for going on 3+ years.You need to catch up on your current affairs.If i find any more post on the net from you,there is going to be someone knocking on your door with a subpoena.
