Solow.com SendMe Inc Fraudulant Internet Scam. Attempt to take a quiz on Facebook and without your knowledge get billed monthly by your cell phone carrier. San Francisco California Internet

I noticed for the last 3 months a reaccuring charge called "Premium Text" on my cell phone bill. The amount was $9.99.
With the help of my cell phone provider we came up with the name solow.com. My provider told me they were sneaky about aquiring cell numbers to bill. In taking quizes on Facebook, even if you opt out when you see their disclaimer, they will bill you. My provider filed a report and gave me a number to call 877-402-3687 for a refund.
I called the number and was told to leave a name and number that they would return my call. After several calls to them and no return calls, I opted for choice #2 which was to go to solowhelp.com. The site solowhelp.com ended up to be an internet blackhole, so I went for the 3rd option solow.com. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and found the link to solowhelp.com.
I wrote them a very inclusive e-mail with my request for a cancellation, full refund, cell number, and cell phone service provider. They e-mailed back "To better serve you please provide the reason for your inquiry, cell number, and provider" DUH..... They were smart enough to get my cell number and provider under the primise of taking a quiz, but they can't figure it out when I specifically e-mail it to them? I believe I'm getting the run around from a company who is fraudulantly billing unsuspecting people.
