If you want to know about Liberty League International go to Wikipedia. Also for the record, the former attorney general of Arizona has a letter on the LLI web site stating LLI has implemented a compliance officer, and CFO. The settlement was due to income claims of some associates. http://www.libertyleague.com/assets/GrantWoodsStatement.pdf
Passing up the two "training" sales is known as the "Aussie 2-up" in MLM and network marketing. I've seen an associates site marketing it as a "Himalayan Hybrid" now...(sheesh)....if you look at the disclosure section of the LLI web site, you will see that 5% of the people make 80% of the sales. Further, 80% of the people make $30,000 or less with the opportunity.
Now this is non-biased information to allow people to make their own decision about LLI. The description at Wikipedia of the products is fair and balanced.

I read it. The wiki article appears second to the very top when you Google Liberty League International. And it shows up in the top 10 spots on Yahoo also. Hard to miss that. Apparently trying to take advantage of it's high Google and Yahoo ranking for their own personal gain, two LLI'ers named Tony Rush and Michael Hamburger have in the past modified the page to delete the negative, deleted something about a lawsuit, the income stats, and left just the positive. They also deleted the product prices. Both then added direct links to their own personal LLI recruiting websites instead in their place to get free Google and Yahoo adverstisement exposure from it, taking advantage of it for their own personal benefit. Pretty shady tactics.
I agree with you though. Their income stats shown look shady when only the top 5% made 48% of all company sales last year like you said. Worse, 80% of them last year made less than $7,149 according to their own numbers. I got more than that in my pockets right now. Honestly. When I see numbers indicating that 80% of a company's people earned less money in a year than what I got in my jean pockets right now, I'll pass. Something is not right. Their attrition rate has go to be high with those numbers. I bet those 80% are actually in the hole after you factor in whatever they spent in marketing and on product purchases, only to make just $7 grand. No thanks.
